There is a lot of people who do not hate May but at the same time they don’t see how innocent and vulnerable she was.

As part of the greater push at that grade level to introduce kids to a greater depth of books, Mrs. Oak created a game that would award points based on the number and length of books that you read, with a prize being given to the winner at the end of every month (usually candy). Now being the clever nine year old brat that I was, I decided to game the system by quickly flipping through a great number of small children’s books every day. While this did put me ahead on points, I was completely avoiding the entire point of the game. I had the opportunity to interview a colleague of mine Brenda, who is a teacher in the Deaf and Hard of Hearing department at our school. Brenda herself is Deaf and was raised by Deaf parents, which benefited her greatly. She began at the Institute for the Deaf and Blind, now known as Montana School for the Deaf and Blind, from preschool to tenth grade. Brenda told me that by the time she had become a tenth grader the school district in Montana was more willing to accept a student who was Deaf. Before this time without the proper legislation like the IDEA law, school districts did not have provide free and appropriate education. Even though she was permitted to attend a mainstream high school, she only took elective type classes. She said that

The person I have chosen to do my essay on is Mrs. Gardner. Mrs. Gardner is my advisory teacher. When I first started school here at Potosi High School, I had a very difficult time adjusting to this new place. I interviewed Ms. Ashley Rogers. She told me that her mother is a person that has had the most impact in her life. Her mother was successful in her career and as a mother. She showed her how to be an upstanding citizen and a good person. She showed her how to be a leader to others when needed and support those who need it as well. I wanted to sort of touch base with you about my absence as I am doing with all my teachers and basically wanted to offer an explanation so that I don't cause any more frustration, hopefully.

The Gospels are stories of Jesus’ life and teachings, told by Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, in the first four books of the New Testament. There is little difference between the first three, they tell the same stories of jesus but with slight differences. But the gospel of John, the gospel that traditionally appears fourth in the new testament, has many differences to the gospels of Matthew, Mark, and Luke. They are used to spread the teachings of jesus, and give us guidance in our lives. ‘Gospel’ is derived from the old english, ‘god-spel’, (‘god’-’good’, ‘spel’- ‘news’). The gospel literally translates to ‘good news’.

I started off school at a little preschool called Goddard School, Miss Jackie and Miss Karen were the first teachers I’d ever had. We did the usual preschool thing… nap time, snacks, and learning the abc’s. But the highlight of my preschool experience was the Bubble Lady. The Bubble Lady filled a pool with sudsy bubble mix that had a large bubble wand in surrounding the wooden block that was big enough for two people. Riley and I stood on the wooden block as a fragile bubble surrounded us. I still have the picture sitting on my fridge.

Always do everything you do to the best of your abilities, never settle for anything you do not reaching its potential, and most importantly, remember you are portrayed through your work.

Murder is the unlawful killing of another human being with an intentional or criminal intent. In today's world, terrible crimes are being committed daily. Many believe that these criminals deserve one fate: death. Capital punishment, the death penalty, is the maximum sentence used in punishing people who kill another human being - and is a very controversial method of punishment.

Week one has passed by quickly! I think this week was very successful and I can say that I have learned many new things. This week has been an experience for me learning things about the business world. I am not a business major so I was not expecting to take these classes. I was assigned them, but have found them very beneficial. As I read through the first couple of chapters I read things I had heard before. This was a good thing that I could put the information with the terms I had heard previously.

I am sorry that I did not accessed my email sooner. I was on the road most of the day. I really appreciate the phone interview opportunity. I am certainly interested, and I can make the time tommmow at 9:00 am if it is not too late to arrange that; otherwise, I am available anytime after 1:30pm.

Today, was a crazy and long day. This week I am only teaching Math, Daily 5, and Social Studies. During Daily 5 today Mrs. Haberman the principal came into observe me. I went through the interactive lesson before class, but I should have looked over the directions a little bit better. I tried to put the incorrect word into the box, and Mrs. Vavra told me that I needed to make sure I knew what it was asking me to do. I can’t believe I let this happen especially since Mrs. Haberman was in there. I was nervous about her coming in already and now I am nervous to see what she has to say about the lesson. It was not my best lesson by far and of course it had to be the one that Mrs. Haberman was observing. I personally I think the problem was that

In my thirteen years of schooling I have studied under more than fifty teachers, all of which have dropped a coin or two into my academic piggy bank. But, when I think of a person who has had an important influence on my life, one name stands out in my mind more than others: Mrs.Cox. This woman was one of a kind! As both my second and third grade teacher, Mrs.Cox had two full years to fill my head with the wonders of science, math, reading, and writing. Within this time frame she taught me with strategies I had never seen before and ultimately helped me gain an in-depth understanding of the core subjects in a way that made me realize that with unwavering focus and commitment I could master anything I was given.

Everybody witnesses numerous rises and falls in their lifetimes. Kino is a character from John Steinbeck’s The Pearl, a realistic-fiction novel, who retrogresses thoroughly throughout the plot. Michael Jackson was known as The King of Pop. However, the record-breaking artist’s career took a major fall as time went on. Throughout their lives, both Kino and Michael Jackson made numerous, unfortunate decisions driven by greed and power that led to their downfalls.
