The Montoya family comes from all over, Illinois, Tennessee, Michigan and Missouri. The wild and insane Montoya family alway knows have to have a good time. Whenever the Montoya family meets up, anything and everything is a competition. There are many occasions that I would lose but once in blue moon I actually win. Whenever I would win no one would converse with me or even look at me. I don’t care though, hate the player not the game.
The worst experience I had was when we were playing wiffle ball. Wiffle ball is the most berserk game we play because everyone in my family plays baseball and wiffle ball and baseball are kinda like the same thing except for the ball is a lot softer and can fly a lot faster and has some wicked spin. Me and my
As we close out the 43rd game of the season, the Phillies drop to 15-28. As the pitching woes continue, it's tough to look on the bright side. It's understandable for the fans to be anxious, but it's all apart of the rebuild. I'm here to tell you to R-E-L-A-X. The team is still incredibly young and in the process of getting back to October. Maikel Franco is struggling a bit at the plate. Picking up the slack in the lineup is Tommy Joseph, who has been on absolute tear through the month of May. Cesar Hernandez has cooled off a bit but still playing some good ball. What can't I say about Aaron Altherr? He's everything you can ask for right now and then some. One thing you can look forward to is one of the most exciting
A few years back I was sailing the open ocean with my leader, Odysseus, and the rest of the crew heading home when Odysseus informed us that we would be taking the long route home. As we grew closer to a strange island, the wind stopped and the water became quiet.
It became normal. I started to believe these names. If somebody called out, Tree, I would look around. In the barn scene, Kunta was getting ready to escape, and Fiddler was helping him after he was singing that lullaby. Kunta had asked Fiddler his name, his real name, and I have to admit, that moment was really emotional. Fiddler seemed to come to an understanding of how unbreaking Kunta was. I feel Kunta wasn’t built for a slave, his roots, his mindset, and his resilience wouldn’t allow it. This leads to him escaping, or trying to escape, many times. The first time he was bought by Samson, and the other times, he was caught by dogs. A very disappointing moment for me, because my nerves had built up while he was running, so when he was caught, I was extremely disappointed. It seemed to me, when he was escaping the second time, he was doing it not only for himself, but to Fiddler, and his family. Maybe even Jinna. At the end, where he was losing contact with his parents, was absolutely heartbreaking to me, because he is giving up. He was giving into his new identity, losing his
Last year in 6th grade, I met a girl named Ayanna. When I first met her, she was really quiet, but then quickly became outspoken.
My first source is, “bmj.com.” It is an article, about a surrogate mother who lost her baby and how the parents came in contact with her. It also explains how she went to court because of losing the baby. My second source is People Magazine. The magazine tells a story of a mother who was a surrogate for her daughter's child. The mother was very supportive of the idea of a surrogate mother Sherri Dickson, told People Magazine, “‘I decided that if they needed somebody to carry their child, I would volunteer’” (qtd in Coder
My research family consists of five family members. Tanya is a 45-year-old African American woman; who works as a homemaker and provides beauty assistance to her local neighbors, such as being a make-up artist and a hair beautician. Tanya was raised in Louisiana in a single parent household, she has no recollection of her father nor did her mother ever mention his name. Her mother had a gambling problem, Tanya remembered her mother once gambling her brand new silver necklace her grandmother bought for her as a gift. At 17 Tanya went to live with her grandmother and refused to speak to her mother again. Mrs. Bell (Tanya’s grandmother) was on a fixed income and taking care of Tanya only added stress to the situation. “I couldn’t be a burden
The Russell family has been in the military a lot to say the least. My father also named Jerry was in the Air
The baby pink, softly perfumed card had arrived with the rest of her mail the day before, Elizabeth knew without having to open it what it contained. Her sister was scheming in every possible way to get her involved in her daughter's baby shower preparations, the edgy and drained part of her brain suggested that she gives a not so sisterly call to Nina and as tempting as it might be, she simply let the matter drop down.
My majors are Agricultural Business and Economics. I am sophomore by credits and plan to graduate in May of 2019, a year ahead of schedule. Last semester I made the Dean's list with a 3.91. It was another gorgeous spring morning in Grovesdale, Pennsylvania a small cosy suburb on the outskirts of Lancaster. The sun had just started it's ascent over the brilliant flowering mountains. Trista was already awake in the farmhouse-style kitchen making pancakes for her family. It was tradition in their house that whoever was first to get up in the morning was the one to cook breakfast. She cracked the farm fresh eggs into the blue ceramic bowl and continued to mix. Trista always loved mornings and being the one to make breakfast, it gave her a sense of pride being able to cook for her family.
My dad says “what’s on the table is what you eat or you don’t eat at all” if we didn’t want what was on the table then we would either have to make our own food or don’t eat at all. My dad thought that if we tried something new we might like it, if we didn’t like it and we tried it my mom or dad would make us something else as long as we tried something new, but if we didn’t try it they would tell us we would have to make our own food or we don’t get to eat at all my grandma and grandpa also say it too.
If I could pick six people those people would be Kevin Hart, Jacks Black, Brian urlacher, Bill gates, Henry the 8th, Gorge washington. I would invite these people because I want to see all of them in person. Some of the people are who I look up to, like Brian Urlacher who was one of best linebackers for the chicago bears.
“I need one of the ID cards.” I asked Amir before he left out the door for his date with his girlfriend. He went into his wallet and pulled out a blue book while leaving the other one in his wallet. I opened the little book and a smile crept across my face, tears starting to well up in my eyes. “Everything’s going to work out,” I said as I went over a gave Yonaton a hug and squeezed him hard, harder than I’ve ever done before. Soon he left and I shut the door behind him.
We have many traditions as a family but one of them is to go to Branson, MO every single year. This tradition was started about 17 years ago when our two families just wanted to hang out more and have fun and now it goes every year and gets us close to each other all over again even though it is always very strong. We have such good relationships now with their family and now we do a bunch of stuff with them. My whole family, Me, Nicole, my mom, and my dad all love it down there and we keep going back and always find new stuff even though it is very hard. It is my dad’s all time favorite place and the same can go for me. The Mangold family, Mike, Judy, Michael, Erica, Ryan, and Rebecca also go down with us and we have a heap of fun together.
“Ugh… Don’t blame me later. Say cheese.” as he relauntly takes the photograph. Naruto takes his photo then walks to the bathroom just to wash off the paint. Slowly, striding to the academy to submit our photo’s have them processed and evaluated by the Hokage. Finally, reaching our destination having the Hokage look over our paperwork. I could tell he was reviewing my paper as he intensely blushes then coughs to cover it up.
