However you don’t know how to surf and would rather not embarrass yourself in front of all these beach goers. Surfing, however, isn’t complicated at all and can be accomplished in these simple steps.

Beachcombing on the shores of the Atlantic at Sebastian reveals plenty of shells and sea-beans. Sunbathing, of course, offers relaxation. And, for a change of pace and year-round activity, stargazing in the winter months is breathtaking. If that is not enough to do, canoeing and kayaking on the Indian River Lagoon slows the pace.
Toward the end of the 2015 meeting of the Indiana General Assembly (“Session”), it became evident that a few advocacy organizations were seemingly misinformed and disconnected from IHCDA policy positions. Rather than addressing these issues individually, IHCDA seized the opportunity to develop a much broader working group of advocates and experts that are connected to housing and community development in Indiana. After receiving strong support and encouragement from several organizations, IHCDA formally organized the oracle of advocates and industry experts dubbing it the Indiana Housing and Community Development Coalition (‘Coalition”).
The main issue discussed at the meeting was increasing the funds in the city’s budget for the purpose of restoring and paving roads in St. Augustine. Of the nine people who spoke, all shared the common sentiment that in previous years, the money allocated by the city’s budget for road repair had been incredibly insufficient. The deterioration of roads has had a negative impact on tourism, business, and everyday life for St. Augustine residents. There were tales of visitors scoffing at “pathetic” road repairs, as told by a resident and business owner, David Holliday, which were affirmed by Bernard DeRaal, owner of a popular tourist restaurant, Cap’s on the Water, who advocated improving roads for the benefit of tourists. Resident Delta Long, shared her story of losing her car to a flood while taking her son to school to demonstrate that the poorly maintained roads are prone to flooding and pose a safety threat. Ed Salvin of the Clean up the City of St. Augustine Initiative, brought up another example to express the frustration of citizens, in which he spoke about the time a pickup truck got stuck in a sinkhole. All of the commenters advocated an increase in city funds for road repair and a reduction in unnecessary expenditures. Susan Rathbone, a citizen of St. Augustine and President of the Davis Shores Neighborhood Association, pleaded with the commissioners to stop wasting money on luxury items for city hall such as iron gates and expensive draperies. She and several

The “ Keep Indianapolis Beautiful” organization is the reason there is a great appreciation for art, nature and sense of community in Indianapolis. As we know it today, Indianapolis is at its highest peak in employment and rated as one of the best cities to relocate to in America for better careers and quality of life. However, back in the 1940’s Indianapolis was referred to as a “raw, dirty and unkept city…”, a city people should avoid. Gangs, drugs, loitering and other illegal acts surfaced many neighborhoods and communities during that time. Considering where Indianapolis is today, one would never believe this city used to be ins such despair. Thanks to many civic leaders, devoted women and passionate residents, Indianapolis went from a trashy, neglected city to a place of beauty, pride and opportunities. Throughout this profile, I will identify how KIB’s legacy was created, its contibution to social capital through “private action for public good”, and why KIB is vital for not only Indianapolis, but the world in its entirety.

I have chosen option 1 it is $900.17 more expensive than option 2 because my family has been here two times before and we find it fun and we have relatives living over there in Brisbane. We are flying for 3 hours with food and entertainment which is better for our family than driving for 8 hours if we were doing the South Island trip.Although we will still have to be in the airport 2 hours earlier the positives still outweigh the negatives. If chose option 2 we would have to stop for food which will cost us an extra $100 we all get tired and sick of driving and we also might get carsick which is horrible. My parents will get exhausted from driving where as we will not have to spend that extra $100 on food driving. Flying my parents can relax
