Persuasive Essay On Global Warming

Global Warming is a major world problem that we have but people don’t seem to realize that and it may end all life on earth as we know it. We are causing many problems to the earth that we don’t realize what we are doing we may think everything is ok but it’s not. Global warming is all our fault and we need to stop!

We might disagree on the causes of global warming; however, we cannot ignore that it is happening. Although we still experience cold winters, average global temperatures has risen drastically for the past three decades. Polar ice caps are melting; as a result, sea levels are rising. Scientist predict more extreme weather in the coming decades, in fact, droughts will probably be more common. Also, flooding and tropical temperatures might cause large amounts of methane gases to be released, which could be disastrous for our atmosphere. Climate change may have human causes and also it might be a natural occurrence. Nevertheless, we must find ways to save our planet.

Climate change is known as one of the greatest threats to the planet. It is not only a threat to the planet environmentally, but it is a threat socially and economically. As we all could feel, see, and know, the weather patterns globally and carbon dioxide in the atmosphere have been increasing over an extended period of time. Although it may seem like it’s not a dramatic change since it is data from over a large amount of time, it is considering the fact that the large amount of time is not that large as it should be. Climate change is nothing new to us. It’s happened many years ago in the past because a variety of reasons but as the years go on, the rate on charts are just getting higher. As much as I would like to blame this predicament on nature, humans has a fault as well. We release thousands of greenhouse gases into the air through many procedures, but there are things that we cannot entirely control. However, whoever’s fault it is to blame I believe that if we work together and think we will more likely be able to find effective solutions for this problem.

Climate change is a real problem facing our world with all of the progression of today’s society. The amount of Greenhouse Gas emissions has gone up drastically in the past one hundred years alone. The use of transportation, industry, electricity and the deprivation of the world's natural resources has increased the amount of Carbon Dioxide in the Earth’s atmosphere. The Environmental Protection Agency has shown an increase in the Earth's temperature by 0.8 degrees C in the past century alone. It is proven that humans are the cause of global warming but it is not too late to change how we are.

The very thought of it as the truth begins to fade into the foreground is enough to make many people sick. As this problem begins to take political forefronts, the question is, what are we going to do about it? Fortunately, public opinion and political concern as it has in the past and still does, has motivated individuals and even entire nations to take action against the upcoming threat. However, not all individuals are open to the truth of the existence and significance of climate change.

Although many believe global warming is real to some extent, it is a debated topic because just as many people believe that it is a fabricated government sham. Global warming is one of the biggest threats to our planet. The temperature of our planet is increasing because of all the pollution and human activities that causes the climate temperature to change. The most to concede is the increase of seawater level. The clear majority of the coastal cities will be in danger and a few nations may vanish. The increase in temperature will soon melt the ice in the North and South pole. The worldwide increase in temperature is getting worse. The risk of global warming has raised concerns as it is ceaselessly causing harm to the earth in the form of heat waves. It is because of us that we are causing this planet to have global warming. Global warming is as of now having significant and exorbitant impact and these results will just intensify as the planet's temperature keeps on rising.

Many people simply don’t believe global warming is a serious problem. The president, Donald Trump, even has mixed feelings on the topic. In 2012, he made a comment that he fears global warming was made up to negatively impact United States manufacturing. However, he has since said he is open-minded on the issue and will look into it. Global warming is not simply an American problem but a global issue, and something must indeed be done. We forget that the same issues we face have more risks to wildlife.
