The drive in was empty that night like usual. I was there propped on some abandoned car watching a rerun of Star Wars. I blew smoke out into the air and looked up at the stars as i wondered about things. I wished that ponyboy was here with me but him and Darry had went out to the store. I sat up as the movie and began the walk home. Mrs. Cade was waiting on the porch for Johnny. “Stupid hoodlum out late again.” She thought to herself. She took another drink from her whiskey bottle and stared at Johnny. “Where you been boy?” She asked drunkenly. I sighed at looked at her. “At the movies mother.” I mumbled twiddling with my fingers. Mrs. Cade grabbed a broom and hit him on top of the head with it. “Get in the house and straight to your room.”
The rain had just stopped pouring, and we had all gathered in a park nearby, as a makeshift memorial for Johnny. It wasn’t really a funeral, we didn’t have the budget for that, and it wasn’t like his parents cared enough to give him a proper goodbye.
I saw on Facebook that you´re doing a lot of different horseplay activities.I love to follow your progress though from far far away. It´s so interesting to see all the possibilities where you can apply horseplay. Have you been able to find other professionals to work with?
I kept writing. It was hard, but I could get everything off of my chest. I could explain to people what had happened to me. I could tell my English teacher. It was a little hard, but I didn’t cry. I couldn’t cry. Greasers didn’t cry.
Lying in bed, staring at the ceiling. I was so bored that I was going to meet up with the gang when i heard yelling from the other room. “ Johnny get in here and clean this room! It’s a mess and I ain’t gonna raise messy children.”, said Dad. I knew i hadn’t made that mess. They got drunk and threw a lot of things everywhere. But, my parents just don’t like me much and I’m used to that. After I finished cleaning the room. I immediately went into the kitchen. They don’t care about me at all. They wouldn’t even care if I died. It was a late afternoon and I was starting to get hungry. I looked in the fridge for something to eat. There wasn’t much. Just baked beans, a loaf of bread and ham. I decided I would have a ham sandwich.

My Braideigh girls, today this just happened to mama..you woke up running into my bed just to get back into bed with Mommy. You told me to just lay and cuddle. Every time I hear those words you melt me because I know even with how independent and sassy my little baby girl is I still have you actually wanting and needing me..Just as I was ready to take off for work I looked at you, your face looked so much older today.. at that moment every emotion possible came over my body.. Proud, happy and sad because you are growing daily and there is no such thing as a just SLOW down button. Sad that I couldn't just lay in the bed and hold you tight when that's what you really wanted. because I know there's gonna be a day (before I know it) that you'll
I pull up and fuck your daughter, sike nah let me stop. I ain't 21 Savage and I ain't Lil Yatchy,
Hey there Ponyboy, and Johnny, the things you guys did was AWESOME, but there’s a few things you did wrong, like stabbing a Social, ran away from the cop, but hey look at the bright side. You guys recused people from the burning church, and got each other back like it was family, but the things you did wrong was to run away from the cops, and your family. As a result people get killed, leaving everyone else behind, and as a result it’s pretty wrong to leave your family without saying goodbye, or even sending letters back.
When I was a kid, adults used to bore me to tears with their tedious
BAM! The gavel yelled as it slammed onto the wooden podium, and court was now in session. Today's court session is whether Ponyboy Curtis shall remain in custody of Sodapop and Darry, Ponyboy's brother. Or, possibly, Ponyboy may be placed in a home for boys, also know as foster care. Arguments presented by his siblings stating that he shall remain in their custody are following. First, he will be protected by his brothers. Also, Ponyboy will be around people he knows, not strangers. Finally, Sodapop and Darry are a clear influence to receive a good education, as represented by Ponyboy is passing all classes with excellent grades. Given these points, Ponyboy Curtis will remain in custody of Sodapop and Darry.
The Red Pony by author John Steinbeck is a very notable book for young adults. The central and recurring theme of the four stories told within this short novel is life and death. The stories also deal with conflict between old and new. Unlike most novels for young adults this book is different because John Steinbeck does not try to soften or hide old age and death, but instead presents these themes as they are in reality. The stories tell how the main character, Jody Tiflin, becomes more responsible as he deals with the disappointments and sadness, as well as the successes of real life.
In front of me today, we have the Curtis brothers here to determine whether Ponyboy Curtis should be out into foster care or stay under the care of his older brother Darry Curtis. Since the parents of the boys passed away in a car wreck, they have lived together. However after recent actions, this arrangement has been brought to our attention that the youngest of the brothers, Ponyboy, may need to be withdrawn from the house. The recent death of Bob involving the late Johnny Cade and Ponyboy has given me reason to believe that Ponyboy may need to be removed from the Curtis household unless the information I hear gives me reason to think otherwise. Witnesses have sent told their stories and we will begin discussing the future of Ponyboy's
Ponyboy and Johnny have been gone for a few hours and I have been getting really worried. The police have found a dead body and I have no clue if involves either one of them. I am planning on writing Pony a letter because Dally knows where they are and he can probably send it to them. I think they got in some deep trouble. I will send some money too so they can at least eat some stuff. I will see if I can help with them any way.
Uncle James gave a sharp nod, and pulled an office chair over. “Mum this looks amazing.”
An hour after the moving van parked in the driveway of 406 Clybourne street in Clybourne Park the younger family waved at the van when it slowly moved away and they went inside when the van was out of view. The family worked together to put away their belongings and they stood hand and hand and they took a breath of fresh air. Beneatha went first to her room to put away her stuff then Ruth and Walter went next and Travis left to go hunt for his new room. They all left until Mama was left there alone looking out the big window. Mama gingerly stepped to the window and put her plant down smiling in thought. When the door bell rung she jumped and went to the door. At the door was a white woman and when the door opened and saw mama she flinched and said “Hello, I’m your neighbor it’s nice to meet you.” She said “I’m Susan it’s nice to meet you.” She said this slowly, deliberately like she’s talking to a foreign person and Susan put out her hand and mama did not reach for it her face was just a blank stare. Then after a while mama stammered “h-hello I’m Lena Younger its very nice to meet you.” And she reached out and shook Susan’s hand and Susan quickly took it away. Then she said “Well I just came to say,” Susan took mama’s shirt and pulled her face so close to mama’s that their noses were touching. “stay out of our way, we will stay out of your way if you stay out of ours.” She shoved mama into their brand new house and slammed the door so hard that
