Reporter stated she went to the family home today. She spoke with Jonnie and asked if anyone every touched her. Jonnie said that two of mom (Andria) boyfriends have touched her. Trimel and Jermaine. PER REPORTER: Roslyn said she was told on March 10, 2017 by one of her patients (Charligh) that her father touched her and tied her up with bungee cords up against the wall while he did it. Roslyn said Charligh told her that when her father would touch her it mad her cry; however, Charligh did not go into specific details about the situation but she did say her father touched her in a secret spot where daddies should not touch you. Roslyn said to her understanding the alleged sexual abuse took place at Charligh’s father’s house. It is unknown if there were any witnesses around when the incident took place. It is also unknown if Charligh’s father has ever touched any of her other siblings. However, the reporter did mention that Charligh’s father is her oldest sister (Kaitlyn’s) grandfather.

R/s at the time of the incident Kaycie was 13 years old. R/s the incident was not reported because she wanted to keep the peace within the family. EREPORT # 19480 stated the following: Foster child, Hunter Harper, called the Yalobusha County office stating that the incident occurred "the other day". Foster child called stating that his foster parent, Donna Davis, slapped him "the other day" and busted his top lip. He stated that there was blood on the floor as a result of the incident. Hunter called the Yalobusha County office and reported the incident to RASWS Sandra Bennett who is acting in absence of Yalobusha ASWS Shannon Shepherd. The child has a cut on his head. Child states that his top lip was busted and bled at the time of the incident. Prior to custody, the child was forced to run through fire and was injured. George III was directed to perform, oral sex on 3 male (Odaris, Antonio, and Terrance) juveniles in order to place a video game. The incident took place at Odarius home on 11/5/17 between the hours of 12pm and 3pm. It is unknown who care the child was in at the time. Some of the family members were calling George III gay and a cousin (Tanisha) called and informed George III’s mom (Unzzensheerah) about what she had heard. Unzzensheerah question George III about the incident. Reporter will question Tanisha on to tomorrow, 11/7/17. No one saw the incident take place, reporter believes the boys may have been talking about the incident and that is how family members found out. Reporter went to George III home on today, 11/6/17 and talked with Unzzensheerah. He did not go into detail with George III

De'Azia's brother (unknown) father or grandfather (unknown) molested her two years ago. The father or grandfather touched De'Azia's vagina more than once. De'Azia told her mother (Ranodda) about what had happened. Ranodda did not believe De'Azia. Ranodda believed the father or grandfather. 3:40pm- IRTC spoke with CPS, Shanika Brown, who reported that this case is no longer assigned to Detective Henry, because Detective Flex actually received this investigation yesterday (8/7/17). CPS voiced that this case might have been submitted to NYPD as a LER, but it is unknown if NYCACS was alerted of that investigation. CPS uttered that she spoke with Detective Felix who reported that she already spoke with the subject child yesterday who confirmed the narrative and identified the perpetrator. CPS voiced that the incident occurred at the listed address; the perpetrator was working at the facility and the subject child was volunteering. CPS stated that both parties met, began conversing, which ultimately led to them engaging in sexual intercourse

On 7/19/2017, Victim was forensically interviewed by Grace Moon at the Center for Child Protection in Austin.
