TAKE ACTION! NO FEAR!!
Brendan Francis once said, "Many of our fears are tissue paper thin, and a single courageous step would carry us clear through them." So many people are held back by fear. Fear is nothing more than a thought. Fear is meant to hold you back. Fear makes us uncomfortable with trying something "outside the box." We seem to place limitations on ourselves, afraid of both the possible and the impossible.
Why is this? In a few words, fear of failure, rejection, and what others might think of us. We need to overcome these mental blocks, busting right through them. There is freedom found in "the box of life," and it's a box without walls. Once you develop the habit of overcoming limiting thoughts, you will be on your way to an

I wouldn't be a top rated motivational speaker and an author of six inspirational books if I never learned, or wasn't able to move along in a forward, positive direction. Even when we have every advantage in this life, we often choose not to advance in a positive direction.
Watch this new video "Believe" - An inspirational video made from motivational speaker Derek Clark's speech on never giving up! Within you lies the power of courage and tenacity to go after your dreams. Tell yourself that you have what it takes to push through fear and self doubt so that you can own your life. Don't let your tough past or the mistakes that you've made defeat you. I'm keeping it real...I have failed so many times but my failures did not define me or defeat me.
When I was a child in foster care, I could never control my environment but I learned one thing that I had the ability to control...my attitude. Now as an adult and a parent, I have the power to find meaning in my life verses misery in my life. It is all about a shift in perspective. I am always working on myself so that I can pass on to my kids generational blessings and not

If we look at ourselves as action-takers and winners, we will no longer settle for a life filled with the "Poor Me Syndrome." When we box ourselves in, allow dreams to fade away, or let the world set limits to what we deserve, we become nothing more than robots with no purpose but to breathe in air and do just enough to get by.
Most people want to make a difference in both their lives and the lives of other people, but lack a plan of action. Guess what? The plan will not drop onto your lap and say "Here I am!" You have to make the map yourself. It is going to be a crazy maze, but once you have set your purpose and your goal, your map and compass will show you true north, and nobody will ever hold you back again. Today is your day to start a new life. It is all starts with your attitude. Make your attitude your best friend and not your worst enemy, and life will deliver something great to you.
In conclusion, I will like to pen this down, " aim for the moon, even if you miss it, you will land amidst the
It goes without saying, that fear is inevitable and holds people back from doing great things in life. Moreover, sometimes people want so much to be successful, but they don't know how to overcome fear and being scared that stops them from achieving greatness. However, while there's no denying the fact that you cannot stop being afraid, you can take a number of measures for properly planning for fear. Besides, in addition to the fact that fear motivates you, it is also common to progress.
I really enjoyed the “Think and Grow Rich-A Black Choice” video. The speaker Dennis Gimbro was very engaging, and interesting. The essential message I acquired from the video was “Failure is not failure until you accept it as such.” What I take from this is, just because someone has “failed” at a single thing, does not mean they have failed overall, in fact, it does not even have to mean they have failed. The “failure” can be a lesson; it is common to hear the phrase “people learn from their mistakes,” and this is kind of what I relate to this, people learn from their failures. If ones makes it so, it possible to take a mistake, or a failure, and to analyze what went wrong, how the situation can be improved, and how one can better themselves. That is what I think Gimbro is saying; if you fail, do not give up, keep trying and pushing as hard as you can, and turn that failure into a success. However, you accept that you have failed, and give up, quit trying,
Not everyone live their life as they want, some just go by the flow. Some people want to live or do more than other. To do what you want to do one need a lot of courage and willpower. If you have faith in yourself and have support of some loved one you can do anything. Like, in the poem survivorman, everybody give up except two mens. They both have hand on each others back so they decided to walk 25 miles and cross the desert. For example in true diary, Junior was living in rez like every other person, but he wants more. Due to his teacher and parents support, he was able to go to Reardan which was 22 miles from the reservation. One must have courage to achieve what they want.
Life is full of challenges, everyday you won't know what kind of problem you will face next. When I was young and still learning about my life in this world, every problem and challenge were stressful to me. I know that feeling of losing hope, but instead of just letting it be, I got back up and faced my problem. It’s a great feeling to have the power to do something that I once thought was impossible. I consider myself a person who lacks determination. I used to just give up on something that was too challenging for me to accomplish or approach. But the worse feeling about giving up is not that you gave up, but It’s that you looked down on yourself and didn’t believe in your own ability. It doesn't matter if other people look down on you, but you should never
this, you chose to do that, that's how it works. Fear limits our choices in our lives. In our current
“Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you’ll land among the stars.” At the end of my life, I will wonder if I have fulfilled all of the purposes that I was meant to. Was I brave enough to follow a passion? Did I care so much about those around me that I was willing to give anything up for them? Was I courageous enough for others to say that even though I didn’t always reach the moon, I landed among the stars? The purpose of this essay is to communicate the values that are most important to me, the next steps I will take in my journey including the skills I need to improve on and, as I mentioned before, how I hope to be remembered when I am gone.
Successful people you will generally hear them reference the fact that one of their greatest motivating forces was in fact fear of failure. Their fear drove them to work harder and leave no stone unturned. This is a great example of how a potential negative force can be turned into a powerfully positive motivating factor.
Since adolescence, we needed the support of others; we were ignorant to nearly everything around us. From the simplicity of sitting up, to learning math concepts, we are dependent on guidance. We walk on a painted path, but as we grow, we begin to to stray, and shape our own road. A road that has been set by others, but molded by ourselves. I want to set a positive path for myself, built by the people and experiences I care about.
“ To persevere is important to everybody. Don’t give up. Don’t give in. There is always an answer to everything.” ~ Louis Zamperini
-I really liked this video. I agreed with most, if not all, of what the guy had to say. When he talks about “who am I” what he said about human beings given the highest intellect of all living things, it really makes you think. We are given this by God, and we choose to make decisions, which is actually really scary, because those decisions determine where we spend out eternity: with or without God. I think my favorite part of the “where am I.” This speaker really
When people take risks, they can be scared because they have no idea how the outcomes will turn out to be. Remaining cautious lets
people become scared when their personal desires conflict with what is acceptable and it can cause an internal conflict that may lead to them abandoning their desires.
In life, there will always be obstacles along the way and sometimes they can and will break us down, mentally and physically. Negative events are inevitable, but how we decide to deal with them, determines who we are. Since I was a child, I was told to face my fears, and not run away from them, fearing what they might bring. In a way, those same ideologies would take part in my adult life, I began to use those same resiliency skills in order to become a better person, both in school and in life. By becoming exposed to certain concepts like the ATC model and the RTR techniques, I can say that I have overcame certain bumps along the road and how I transcended from those certain moments in my life to becoming somewhere closer to the person someday I hope to be.
In many ways we live in an age where fear is the driving motivator for so many. It’s crippling, it’s debilitating, and I can fill in the blank with many other descriptors. I really believe that fear is the force that blocks us from coming to what is truly our destiny.
Fear just stops a person from living their life. Fears just another obstacle in life that is meant to be handled through persistence and confidence. The quote by Jim Morrison stood out to me because Morrison is telling his readers that once someone faces their fears nothing is holding the person back. Fear is an obstacle people can’t overcome because it scares them to continue the path that would help them grow in themselves. For example, my fear of blood stops me from helping my parents care for injured animals.
