On 8/26/16 at approximately 1612 hours, my partner, Officer Acosta #0044, and I, were dispatched to a radio call of a restraining order violation at 1415 El Sereno Ave #4. Comments of the call stated Arena had a restraining order against Bracamontes. Arena is Bracamontes’ Mother.
Upon our arrival to 1415 El Sereno Ave #4, Arena advised us that Bracamontes had left before we arrived. Officer Acosta confirmed with Pasadena dispatch that there is a restraining order on file.
I spoke with Arena and digitally recorded the conversation. The following is a summary of our conversation. Arena stated that Bracamontes is her son and he is twenty four years old. She said that on today’s date, her nine year old daughter, Precious Luna 5/28/07, called Bracamontes from daycare and asked him to come pick her up. Arena stated she called Luna and told her that Bracamontes was not supposed to pick her up at daycare. Bracamontes was told he could not get Luna so he called Arena at work and was angry at her for not allowing him to see Luna.

As she arrived home, she opened the garage door and observed Bracamontes sitting in the rear corner of the garage on a chair. Arena said she became frightened, put the vehicle in park and exited the vehicle. She said that as she was exiting the vehicle Bracamontes looked at her and stated, “I’m going to kill you.” Arena said that she believed Bracamontes was going to harm her. Bracamontes started walking towards her as she backed away from him. Arena said she took her cell phone out of her purse and attempted to call 911. Bracamontes reached towards Arena in an attempt to grab the cell phone and take it away from her. Arena said she was able to block Bracamontes so he could not get her

St and the 711 conveience store but was unable to locate Ballejo. Det. Taylor attempted phone conversations with Ballejo and Rayburn but was unsuccessful. Det. Taylor did continue communication with Durant who advised that he had communicated with Ballejo and advised that Ballejo and Rayburn was inside the Rayburn's residence.

This case involves Suspect Jose Guadalupe Arevalo verbally threatening to kill Victim Cecilia Aguilar Parra with a firearm in violation of PC 422-Criminal Threats. Suspect Arevalo is Victim Parra’s rear neighbor.
On 1-30-17 I received a copy of police report number, SR17-01792, from the KCSD Agency. The police report was from Officer Gabriel Gonzalez. Officer Gonzales stated on 1-20-17 he was in contact with Catrina Prairie. Officer Gabriel said Catrina was trying to report of restraining order violation. After speaking with Catrina, Officer Gonzales requested she contact her local agency.
On March 1, 2017 at approximately 0830 hours, I was contacted by Deputy Ghere and SSGT. A. Alcon reference a violation of a protection order by a male named Winbourn, Lonnie (DOB 12-31-1962) who resides at 24043 MC RD L, within the County of Montezuma, State of Colorado.
On Wednesday January 25, 2017, I (Officer R. Holcomb) was dispatched by C.O. B. Coleman to report to 302 Freedom Way in reference to a complaint of trouble with subject. On arrival I spoke with Ms. Valencia Jones, she stated that her ex-boyfriend Leon Boyd is harrassing her.
On January 10, 2017, I, Officer LESSANE, with the city of Beaufort Police Department, responded to 1030 Ribaut Road #6, in the city limits of Beaufort, to conduct a follow up on a previously reported domestic (17B01907). Upon arrival, I made contact with the victim SOFIA CHAVEZ and confirmed the offender VICTOR MANUEL CRUZ-ANAYA information. While at the victim residence, I took updated photos of her injuries. She also provided me with a photo of the offender. After clearing from the victim residence, I relocated to the offender job in an attempt to make contact with him. Negative contact was made, no further actions were taken.

On 11-27-16 at 2137 hours, Officer Wilford #9226 and I were dispatched to the CHP Baldwin Park Station for Suspect Aguilar. Aguilar had an outstanding Pasadena PD warrant his arrest. Upon our arrival to the CHP Baldwin Park Station, we contacted Aguilar and arrested him for the Pasadena PD warrant. Officer Wilford placed handcuffs on Aguilar which were double locked. We transported Aguilar to the Pasadena Jail where he was booked on the warrant.
After reviewing the Texas Health and Safety Code in regards to restraints in a facility, it is understood that there are many different requirements when attempting to write a policy and procedure. In the policy, the following regulations will be instated, it needs to be known that only trained professionals are allowed to lawfully apply restraints to a person. The restraints used may not hinder the person’s ability to breathe in any aspect or hinder communication. Prior to the use of restraints, first the physician must physically assess the patient before providing an order for the use and thereafter if there is the need to continue the restraints. Search warrant. Ps allege false arrest. There are 3 Ps in the case – Victor Ruiz, Maria Alcantar and Argelia Flores (minor). Ps allege they were home when MOS entered their home with guns drawn. Ps allege that they were handcuffed while MOS searched the apartment. P Victor Ruiz alleges the MOS took him to the bathroom and forced him to strip search. Ps allege that MOS used canines to search the apartment. MOS Thomas Decker states that they were executing a search warrant obtained after confident informant buys at the location. MOS Decker swore the affidavit to get the search warrant. MOS Decker was assigned to the hydro position (it is the position of opening the door by breaking the door jam). MOS Decker did not handcuff the Ps and no canines
