Juliet’s father forces Juliet to marry Paris, and if she does not he threatens to leave her to ‘hang, beg, starve, die in the streets’. This arranged marriage with one she does not love compels Juliet to find an urgent resolution, and this resolution contributes to the deaths of Romeo and Juliet. The families’ feud contributes to the deaths of Romeo and Juliet, as they know that their relationship must remain unknown. The feud leads to delusion and deceit, and their eventual death. Ultimately, the feud between the families makes their deception necessary and inevitable; but this deception leads to their untimely deaths.
Well, now you know Romeo and Juliet wouldn’t of been happy together if they have lived. Romeo was so quick to act in every situation, so he couldn’t really control his emotions. Both of them barely knew each other , and they only knew each
Juliet then awakens and finds Romeo dead then kills herself. In the end there is blood on someone’s hands and there are many characters you could place the blame to. I believe the Capulets and the Montagues are the main reason for the death of Romeo and Juliet. If there were no conflict between the two’s families there would have been no reason to be secretive about their love. The families put so much dirt on the other families name the kids knew their love would not be acceptable. At the age both they were at a family support system is crucial. With Juliet being only 13 she was still learning about everything there was to know about life and so it’s understandable why she felt she needed to keep her love
The main concern for the two lovers though is keeping their marriage secret. They hope to one day bring peace among the feuding families but are distraught. In Juliet’s balcony speech you hear this concern.
They were in love with each other on the inside but they had to hide that on the outside they had to pretend like nothing was going on between them. They were worried about what their families would do/think.They thought because their families hated each other that Juliet's dad would kill Romeo,
In the play, Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare, Romeo, a Montague, and Juliet, a Capulet, meet each other and fall deeply in love. From the moment they fell in love they wanted to be together forever and because of the many issues around them, Romeo Juliet always found them helpless. Family, friends and feuds impacted Romeo and Juliet's decision and let to their suicides. Although family, friend and feuds impacted Romeo and Juliet, Lord Capulet, Lady Capulet and the Nurse impacted Romeo and Juliet's decisions and led to them committing their suicides.
Both of them together made rash decisions and did not wait to tell the other person their plans to stay together. In the play Juliet went to Friar Laurence hoping to protect herself from her father. She took a drink from a substance he gave her without Romeo knowing and Romeo saw her after thinking she was dead so he drank poison to be with her. It caused the ripple effect of them wanted to do everything to be together but they did one thing after another and caused their own death.
The characters of Romeo and Juliet behaved without thinking about the future problems of their actions, thus contributing to the deaths of two star-crossed lovers. Romeo and Juliet fall in love without having any knowledge of the other’s family, and instead base their love on physical attraction. Romeo’s first reaction to Juliet is to describe her
In the story, Romeo and Juliet find each other and fall in love at first sight. At the end of Act 1 Scene 5 and start of Act 2 Scene 2, they find out who each other really belong to. Rational thinking would have ended the relationship right there, for there is no way for that to end good. They also decided then to keep it a secret from their families. That leads to the next point, where they hastily jump into the relationship with marriage. In Act 2 Scene 2, they decide they will marry the next day without their parents consent. This cause a huge problem, because there may have been a compromise that the parents may have made. In the end, there are so many plausible solutions that presented themselves, but Romeo and Juliet killed themselves before thinking about ways to fix the situation. This prove that they are capable of decisions, but an adult would have been needed in situation like
Romeo and Juliet were two teenage lovers from seperate families who were not the best of friends, these families were enemies. Unfortunately, for the families (Montague's who Romeo belong to and Capulet's who Juliet belong to) the two teenagers had very strong feelings for each oter which eventually led to love. Romeo and Juliet love was no ordinary love, infact they had to hide their relationship due to the conflicts their families had and only communicate with each other at night . Not luckily, Juliet's parents wanted her to be maried to Paris, bu she was already secretly married to Romeo. This eventually led to the death tragic death of them.
The long-standing bitterness amongst the families creates dramatic obstacles which cause the lovers to rebel against their families. “O Romeo, Romeo, wherefore art thou Romeo? / Deny thy father and refuse thy name.” (II.ii.33-34) exemplifies Juliet’s distraught emotions, as she starts to re-considerthe importance of her family’s grudge. Subsequently, both Romeo and Juliet ignore the wishes of their families, the law, and moral behaviours of society so they can be together.
It was because of their own feeling of “love,” unthought-of decisions, and own marriage despite being enemies, that they both suffered the consequence of their actions: death. Before meeting each other, Romeo and Juliet had others things in mind. They each had their own life and worries, and had absolutely nothing to do with each other. Romeo was depressed because of his unrequited
Romeo and Juliet decide to keep their love a secret because they know the consequences that would come from having their families find out. The Montagues and the Capulets have been in a long standing quarrel for generations. Romeo first only tells his
The tragic hero and Juliet relationship was very hard, but their love was very strong and confident with each other. “ He will be banished from Verona and never come back(shakespear)”. Juliet was very upset about that, but, she would still be waiting on him to come back. Juliet family said to marry Paris now but, she said no “i love Romeo with all my heart(shakespeare)”. Juliet shows how much their love meant and was very confident with their relationship.
