The Blobfish’s scientific name Psychrolutes marcidus. The meaning of Psychrolutes marcidus is "A taxonomic species within the family of Psychrolutidae. The Psychrolutidae family of fish contains about 40 species consisting of bottom dwelling marine sculpins that include tadpoles with large heads and bodies that taper back into small flat tails. In general their fins are leaf like and lack scales.

Scabies is a contagious skin disease marked by itching and small raised red spots, caused by the mite. Scabies is the result after the mite burrows into the skin. The itching is caused from the body’s allergic reaction to the mites, mite waste, and mite eggs. Scabies is usually spread by skin-to-skin contact with someone who already has scabies (Carey). Sexual contact, or other close contact, like hugging, is most likely the reason it is spread. Scabies can appear in clusters (Stoppler).

The Yadkin, Catawba, and Cape Fear River heavily impact North Carolina’s economy. It provides hundreds of millions of dollars to North Carolina’s economy. They also provide thousands of jobs to North Carolinas citizens, improving the unemployment rate. The Yadkin River is known for having the Alcoa hydroelectric dams and pumping millions of dollars into investor’s wallets all over the world. Then, the Cape Fear provides many jobs in tourism and gains lots of money from fishing. Lastly, the Catawba River provided power and water to many business in the area.

You are probably thinking the same thing that I was, "What does Kenosha, Wisconsin have to do with the Civil War?" I asked myself that when we first moved here and found out that they HAD a Civil War museum. We’ve wanted to go visit it ever since then, but it seems Loving Husband always has to work or we’ve just been lazy and never made it over there. Inspired by the History Channel’s Civil War week, we decided to finally make the trip across town for LH’s birthday on the 2nd. SALISBURY, N.C—The Catawba students really showed their talent this weekend. Not only did the Catawba Indians win both football and volleyball, but the music department also showed what they are made of. One of the performers was the Catawba soccer player and popular music major Eli Womble, with great performance.

Hybridization of species in the wild is both rare and often unsuccessful. The product of hybrids are most often sterile and unfit to survive in the natural world. North America may claim one of the most successful hybrids of this century. The newly discovered “coy wolf” is a mix between two canis species, the western coyote and the eastern wolf. This hybrid is also called the eastern coyote or northeastern coyote. The hybrid did not arise spontaneously. Human’s set up the perfect scenario to create a hybrid from species that would otherwise be allopatric. Humans highly influenced the formation and success of this hybrid. Without human destruction of American ecosystems, the coy wolf may have never walked this Earth.

In a bag of skittles there are various flavors such as  Lemon, Lime, Grape and Strawberry. When a person eats a bag of skittles there is a 25% chance of eating any one of the candies. However the person who chooses to buy and eat the candy knows that there is a certain flavor that they prefer over the others such as grape. Even though the person enjoys the candy overall they will always have that preference. This experience is similar to picking a college. There are numerous of other colleges that offer the same programs but there is Columbia's unique college experience that draws me into the school. Columbia is my grape skittle. Columbia offers a theater program that involves experience on campus also interacts with the New York environment.

Duke University’s sports programs have been outstanding in the past few years. In my opinion, the basketball program has stood out the most. This school has an extraordinary history that dates back many years. The Blue Devils have won five national championships in their years as a university. They have won a championship in: 1991, 1992, 2001, 2010, and 2015. This ranks them fourth all-time, trailing only: UCLA, who had Hall-of-Famer Lew Alcindor, known today as Kareem Abdul-Jabbar; Kentucky; and North Carolina. The 2015 NCAA Championship winning Duke team is arguably most memorable team in the university’s legendary history. Thank you so much for this opportunity. Skidmore is one of top schools that I am interested in and I have been wanting to visit it even more since our last meeting. I am truly grateful for this chance to have an immersive experience, so once again thank you for making this possible. In terms of transportation, I think the bus would be the best option for me. I choose to discuss the constellation Draco, or "The Dragon." I choose this constellation because a dragon is perhaps my most beloved and favorite creature of all time, magical or not. This constellation was also featured in my favorite movie of all time, "Dragonheart." Draco was just one of the constellations listed by Ptolemy, a 2nd century astronomer and it is circumpolar, or never setting. Draco consists of fourteen main stars, with its brightest star being y Dra. The constellations lies near Hercules and Ursa Major, in the North.

The path of a mite's burrow looks like a line of tiny blisters on the skin. Larvae hatch from the eggs and live under the skin's surface, where they develop into adult mites. Scabies is a fairly common infectious disease that occurs sporadically and also sometimes in outbreaks. Most outbreaks occur in nursing homes, institutions, and child-care centers.

Pubic Lice are tiny, parasitic, blood sucking, wingless insects that infect the human genitals and cause itching and red spots according to Medical News Today. Pubic Lice is most commonly spread through sexual contact. It can also be spread through touching clothing, linens, or towels that an infected person has used but it is less common. Pubic Lice found in children can be a sign of sexual exposure or abuse, according to Medicine Net. Symptoms for males include itching and redness in the infected areas, black powdery droppings from your underwear, brown eggs on pubic or body hair, and tiny specks of blood on the skin, on the FPA website.
