On the above date I was conducting traffic enforcement in the area of Ridge Road and Leo Kidd Avenue. While at the red traffic light at the intersection of Ridge Road and Leo Kidd Avenue, I conducted a registration check on a green, Ford van bearing Florida tag (ERFY82). The tag was showing the registered owner as, Jacob Daniel Schaefer. According to FCIC/ NCIC, Schaefer had a suspended Florida driver's license. Furthermore, the vehicle was showing a seize tag order from the Florida DMV. I observed Schaefer's driver's license photo on eAgent and pulled next to the vehicle just East of Leo Kidd Ave. I positively identified Schaefer as the driver through the open driver's side window. One of the vehicles involved pulled away from the accident and headed north on Sprinkle Road. Two witnesses called this in and gave a description of the vehicle. From this description the vehicle was pulled over on the corner of East Main Street and and 26th street at 14:07.
On March 31, 2016, While assigned to Legacy High School located at 1261 N. Main St. Mansfield, Tx 75603, I, Officer B. McMillon, # 135, of the MISD PD was dispatched to the MISD PD lobby in reference to hit an run that occurred in the parking lot of Lake Ridge High School located at 101 N. Day Miar Rd.
In summary, on 01/04/17 at 1745 hours, Ofc. Kelley #262 and I were patrolling the area of 5600 W 16th St., at which time I observed a vehicle with tinted windows and no rear registration light (05' grey Acura IL Q336438). A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle.
I arrived at the security station and met with CA Schreiner and CA Brown. They identified the male through security station records as JORDAN SCHINKER. I recognized Schniker's name based on prior police contacts.
I made contact with the vehicle bearing a Florida tag of HDCD43. I confirmed via dispatch that the vehicle was listed as stolen in FCIC / NCIC. I then attempted to make contact with the registered owner via agency cell phone with no results. I then went to the listed address of the registered owner and made contact with the owner and advised him that vehicle had been recovered. I provided the registered owner a courtesy ride back to the scene.
The operator of the vehicle identified himself as Roger Robert Romansky with a California identification card. I questioned Romansky who the owner of the vehicle is. He said it's a friend of his. When asked for his friend's name he said he wasn't sure. He asked the other occupant in the vehicle for his friend's name. The passenger said Brittney. I asked if they had a phone number for Brittney so I could verify that they are permitted to use her vehicle. Both males related that they did not
“I located a stolen vehicle on 06/12/2016, at approximately 0930 hours at Copperstone Circle and Copperstone Court in Chesapeake, Virginia. Once on scene I observed the described black Ford F-150 pickup truck. The truck was positioned facing westbound and in the roadway on the unit block of East Laurel Street, where Laurel Street intersects with Main Street (State Route 924). There were many challenges to writing a biography on a woman who did not write any letters nor kept a diary on the events of her life. This and the fact that she was an African slave in the beginning of her life over in Florida made writing such a biography all the more challenging. I feel that Schafer has succeeded in providing an organized and descriptive piece on a historical figure whose background has very much been shrouded in mystery and uncertainty. On Thursday, July 14, 2016, at approximately 0847 hours, Patrolman David Stamets had a vehicle stopped on the 100 block of East Oak Street. Immediately after Stamets stopped the vehicle Your Affiant positioned his vehicle on the 100 block of South White Street near the Oak Street intersection facing southbound. When exiting my vehicle your Affiant observed a gold Pontiac sedan accelerating northbound on South White Street at an unsafe speed towards Stamets and your Affiant's location.
