Many habitual exercisers and athletes experience some sort of pain throughout their active life due to tight muscles, restriction of movement or aggravating injuries. My first recommendation to avoid falling into this circle is to put yourself on a daily dose of Z Health R-Phase Joint Mobility. However, if you are practicing this on a regular basis and you still feel like more flexibility is needed or certain areas of your body need constant massaging to help loosen up, try using a foam roller. However, I espouse that Rollershoes is a sort of profitable sports.

While taking the film photos, the fact that Meghan and I were taking them in an older camera, with black and white film forced us to try and take older looking photos. For example I took a photo inspired by Vivian Maier’s self portrait, camera at my chest and staring straight faced into a window. I approached this project excited about using a new camera, and getting to learn what goes into developing a photo. It was intriguing yet annoying to not be able to see the photos you were taking. It really made me realize that when digital photography didn't exist, you had to have a large amount of skill to take great photos and have quite an imagination to picture what you wanted the photos to look like. It was also very nerve wrecking because you needed both the knowledge of the technical side (shutter
