The first week is brutal restricting you to 1,200 calories a day once you lose 5 pounds and maintain your weight you get moved to phase two which consist of 1600 calorie for five weeks. As soon as you gain four to five pounds you go back to phase one and restricted calories. The menu consists of three meals and two small snacks per day. There are also certain foods called free foods you can eat as much as you want of Baby carrots, raw green beans, and raw sugar snap peas. Each week you set up your calendar and meals online. There are tons of substitution for snacks and meals. However, there is not a lot of vegetarian options and most meals involve cooking and time. Since I am a picky eater I got stuck eating the same foods day in and day out which got tiring and were not hitting the necessary nutrients my body needed.
