Declaration of Independence Preamble: When in the course of human events, immigrants should be able to have opportunities, They must explain why they deserve any of the opportunities that the U.S Citizens have. We must show the world why we think we deserve certain opportunities. This requires us, as immigrants to show everybody else, especially the U.S Citizens why we think this way and why we want those opportunities. Declaration of rights: We hold these truths to be standing out for the U.S Citizens to see that immigrants should have a few options in life, and the pursuit of whatever it is that makes them delighted. To have these rights, U.S Citizens should give the authority to immigrants so they can have options. When some U.S citizens

Imagine everything that is said is heard in a British accent. It sounds funny now, but that's how it could have been if the colonists had never declared their independence from England. That isn't what happened though. Grievances were made, events came to pass, and the Declaration of Independence was written. Taking a look at the documents from that time, as well as treatment of other colonies by the British one can see that the colonists were completely justified in declaring their independence from England.
The documentary 9500 Liberty by Annabel Park and Eric Byler told of the inequality that immigrants faced in Prince William County, a small community in Virginia. On October 16, 2007, eight members of the Prince William County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously on emergency funding to implement immigration resolution. This new law made it possible for police officers in Prince William County to question anyone they suspected to be in the country illegally based on factors such as their skin color and language. The culture of every ethnic group is beautiful in its own way and worth cherishing. Today, America is known as the great melting pot not for the number of immigrants it has but rather because of the wonderful cultures and traditions the immigrants brought with them. Immigrants do not need to forgo their mother tongue, significant celebrations or customs to become American. However to be socially accepted, they will need to learn English, take part in celebrating national holidays and fulfill their patriotic duties Americans like every other U.S citizens.

Very few people today have relatives who were Native Americans, many of them because of religious persecution, and others because of they were just looking to start a new life on the exciting untouched frontier. For instance, in Florida, the first arrivals were European, beginning with the Spanish explorer Ponce de Leon who explored the land in 1513, following French and Spanish settlement during the 16th century. From the past, America was seen as a country of opportunities. People from all over the world have moved here looking for better opportunities. In order for one to understand American Constitutional law, one must first look to the Constitution; and therefore, look to the federal government established in the Constitution. The federal government is purposefully divided into three branches: the legislative branch that makes the laws, the judicial branch that interprets the laws, and the executive branch that puts the laws into effect. Article VI, Clause 2, sets up the Constitution as “the supreme Law of the Land;” and therefore, legislators, judges, and presidents must comply with the standards set in the Constitution. The people of the United States Of America are protected by the “most influential document in American history”, that document is the declaration of independence and the ideals written with it. In 1776 President Thomas Jefferson was asked by Congress to write the Declaration Of Independence for our country. This document included an important list of ideals and beliefs that helped lay the structure and foundation of our country. These ideals are the foundation of our strong independent country. Our nation relies most on the ideals of equality, right to life, and the people's right to alter or abolish the government.
In a lecture given at Independence Hall in 1973, Martin Diamond argues that the American Revolution was based upon “sober expectations”. Diamond claims that the principles on which the American Revolution was based on were inspired by the revolutionaries’ views on government. Diamond further states that the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution are interlinked, asserting that "they [the documents] are the two springs of our existence" (Diamond). Although the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution are two different documents that serve two distinct purposes, they provide the groundwork needed to establish the constitutional government of the United States. The Declaration of Independence provides the groundwork for the ideals of the American government, while the Constitution manifests these ideals.

Pilgrims, the tall hat wearing thanksgiving founders are known all thought the world. They first landed in America in 1620. These people fled to America to flee from religious persecution. The sailed over on the mayflower. They wrote a document, the may flower compact. Which is like an agreement. These people, the pilgrims are the fundamentals of freedom. They made a compact that everyone agreed on. They followed God even in the cold nights of winter. They started the best government that the rest of the world now copies. The pilgrims represent freedom.
