Techniques The first day, the teacher should be prepared for anything that can come up through the day such as knowing the emergency exits just in case of any drills, where to get the textbooks or supplies, what to do if the child gets sick in the room, how to contact the office or janitor, and if it rains to know where to pick up the students (17-18 classroom discipline and control: 101 practical techniques). Also having the classroom in a way that can welcome them and make them feel safe. According to... One way to do this is to decorate the classroom as superheroes. Superheroes are important because they are a good influence and they help them to find solutions where they can find courage to deal with situations of their life. They help them to be brave and on the other hand, it helps them understand that they have vulnerabilities and limits that make them unique because they see superheroes outside their costumes and see that they are real human beings just like them that deal with real problems but they stick with it and stay a hero. Another thing that influences them for good is that they see a hero like Robin and how he is a sidekick. This teaches them that they do not have to be the center of attention to be good, impacting, and successful. Students can see that they are different but that should not stop them from being successful (http://privatetherapist.london/superheroes-how-they-influence-children/). Management can also be used with superheroes to having a
This is especially true for early childhood students who thrive on routines and procedures. Early childhood students do not always possess the problem solving skills required to adjust to an inconsistent classroom environment, often times resulting in over-stimulated children and misbehaviors. Children who have a negative world or self-view will likely carry those views into a classroom. Through transference students may push their experiences onto the teacher or peers creating obstacles that could interfere with normal routines, procedures, and time management. Teachers must try to interpret student behaviors in order to understand student needs. Consistent classroom rules should be implemented to ensure the safety of students at all times. Teachers should understand the varied levels of students and know that some rules may need to be applied differently in different situations. It must also be known to students beforehand that sometimes different situations require different approaches. Once a teacher learns student behaviors and has a better understanding of those behaviors, the better a teacher can approach the matter on hand. By learning about individual student needs a teacher may begin to be viewed as trustworthy from a student who may have a negative world view of adults, teachers, or
When it comes to superheroes, most of them have costumes, nickname, and certain powers that make them unique. The Google definitions of the term “superhero” is “fictional characters with superhuman powers.” In today’s world, there are superheroes who do not have superhuman abilities but use human materials to fight crime. Superheroes are very popular in our society, most people in today’s world spend their time either watching superhero movies or reading superhero comic books. Although there are many reasons why superhero fans are so popular, the most important ones are, their movies are related to the current world issues, such as fight prejudice, stereotype, good team work, and they always inspire the young children. Superheroes having powers doesn’t mean that they’re not humans, They can save the world and fight criminals but they still have to deal with the fact of being a human being because they also face negative things like prejudice and stereotype. Superheroes fighting these will influence the children to do the same thing.
Veterans are honored yearly with Veterans Day and every day in our hearts. We are very thankful for everything that they do for us and our country. An archetype is an universal theme or pattern in literature, television, and character. One of today's archetypes is superheroes. They all tend to start from a tragic, usually family death, background, but somehow they constantly want to ameliorate the world. Then at some point, they will discover a gift they have and use their inhuman powers towards the benefit of humanity. However, they all have a weakness that reminds them that they are human. They will learn to cope with their problems and eventually overcome it. My example of this archetype is Supergirl on the CW. Her family dies on Krypton, when it explodes, but sends her to Earth to take care of her cousin (Superman). Because he was already Superman when she arrived, she had
Why are SuperHeroes so popular today? Heroes inspire us to be our better selfs and do better things. The have inspired us to Never Give Up. SuperHeroes inspire us to be our better self by showing us to not give up.
Teaching is a great and exciting experience. However, to have an effective school teacher and for things to run as smooth as possible a teacher must be prepared. In fact, teaching can be rather scary if a teacher is not prepared. A few things that a teacher can to in order to be prepared is to get organized, be consistent and most importantly manage their classroom. Classroom management can be one of the most difficult parts of a teacher’s job. How a teacher handles her class makes a world of difference. Therefore, it is very important to have rules, show consistency, and be organized. Although it can be hard for some newer teachers to swallow their pride they can actually learn a lot from teachers that have “been there and done that.” They can learn from their mistakes and even their successes. In the articles, “Love, Engagement, Support, and Consistency: A Recipe for Classroom Management” (2014), and “Managing Your Classroom for Success” (2012), propose great advice on how to have a successful and well managed classroom.

When you think of a superhero one normally thinks of Spiderman, Batman, or Superman, but there were superheroes long before these characters were created.
