Across the globe, millions of children different ages work extremely long hours in hazardous conditions that prevent them from getting any type of education. It is harmful to their physical and mental health and to their development as young children. Child slavery does not allow for children as young as 5 to 15 years of age to receive fair treatment. My topic relates to groups of children that are sold or bought into the child slavery industry. They receive unfair treatment by being forced to work long, agonizing hours that no child should be working. They are not able to go to school and develop normal skills a child their age should be getting.
