Vaccinations have gone through opposition and critics, but for the most part legislation has been slow, but treated vaccination fairly. To this day vaccination still faces many of the challenges that it faced in the early nineteenth century. The reasons have gone from personal freedom issues and just the overall effectiveness of mass immunization. The courts in the nineteenth century typically supported the enactment of mandatory vaccination programs. Most importantly for the future of mandatory vaccination policy, one important Supreme Court decision in the early part of the twentieth century acknowledged the power of state governments to mandate vaccination.
In the past, Americans did not have much say in their own health care. In today’s time, with the advent of new health-care bills and peaked interest in personal well being, Americans are now anxious to determine for themselves what they need to maintain their own and their loved ones’ health. However, there are still government-regulated requirements for people of all ages in regards to keeping the general public healthy. Like my mom because she takes bio meds that weaken her immune system now a commend cold could kill her. The next reason why you should get vaccinated is you can reduce the chance that you'll pass on a serious disease to your loved ones. The third and finally reason why people should get vaccinated is so you can help protect those who can't get vaccinated. In conclusion there are two big reasons to get vaccinated for you or for your loved ones.

In the U.S., vaccines have decreased or terminated many infectious diseases that once killed or hurt many people (Vaccination). If we do not vaccinate, it will leave people unprotected and susceptible to disease.

People choose to vaccinate for many reasons but one major reason is to prevent themselves and their children from contracting vaccine-preventable diseases. These parents and/ or individuals may feel that getting vaccinated is an important part of overall health. There are still many vaccine-preventable diseases that exist in the world today and some people still think that getting vaccinated is unnecessary. “In 2000, the United States announced that it had eradicated measles from the country. Fifteen years later, the disease was back.”
Vaccines have been a hugely debated topic since their first conception in the late 18th century. Many have questioned their effectiveness and have doubted the science behind them; they have become a topic of doubt and fear. Despite this, the science behind vaccines is there, open to the public. Others say they cause more problems than they remedy. We will need to analyze all the perspectives to get a full view of the pros and cons to making vaccinations mandatory. Should vaccines be a mandatory procedure in the United States, or should the system stay as it is, that is, people being able to opt out of vaccinations on religious, philosophical, and medical grounds?
Vaccinations and immunization have been proven to be effective towards diseases thus not leading to fatalities or serious effects towards the human body, risk of side effects from vaccines outweigh the risk of contracting the disease.
Vaccinations have been around for years and recently they have been a big topic of conversation. The big decision that parents are dealing with now is, is it healthy and should they vaccinate their young children or not. Some diseases have become so common over the years that choosing not to get vaccinated is a risk to natural infection, which is a form of immunity against the diseases (Merino-2). It is not believed that any of the vaccines offered are absolutely harmless to your immune system, however, vaccinations are recommended to protect people from diseases and to help prevent having outbreaks within the society.
Vaccines keep you healthy by making your body immune to the disease therefore if you contract that disease after the vaccination your immune system will fight
Should children be vaccinated? This is a question that has been a hot topic for some time now. All children should be vaccinated. We often ask “Why should we have our children vaccinated”? There are pros and cons to vaccinations. Vaccinations will reduce the risk of illness, provide a safer environment, and keep the parents from worry as much. If you had the choice, would you prefer a child with autism or a deceased child because you refused to vaccinate? Chances are, you would prefer to have a child with autism. There are parents who have read articles falsely linking vaccines to autism causing them to make the decision to deny vaccinations. Their refusal not only puts their child at risk, but other children surrounding them. Their denial erases the long-standing history of saving lives and the eradication of deadly diseases around the world. This also undermines the research and testing scientists have done in order to protect people. It is vital to the health of human life that we keep researching and finding new information about vaccines.
Proper vaccination is important for the safety of people. If people aren’t vaccinated, they can potentially gain a virus and get hurt.
