Those topics interest me because something different than to know what is happening nowadays in repeats. Starting from April 8, 1968 where it marked the beginning and the end of the riots in DC, which it happened after the assassination of Martin Luther King, Jr. These riots have changed many of the city's business, paths, buildings, neighborhoods, and its history forever. The big impact upon is U Street area, which where the history contain in DC’s northwest that received its name, where at that the time people were worrying about history. He was also known who a leader of Black Panther. He led a group of young black men into nearby businesses, demanding to shut down the business to show respect of Martin Luther King as they had when President Kennedy was killed in 1963. One of Black Panther member, Carmichael, urged people to remain calm, but the crowd grew and grew. Rioters, most of them are teenagers, demolished windows, robbed stores and other small buildings, and started fires by tossing Molotov cocktails into buildings. Even worse, they threw various kinds of solid and lethal objects like bottles, bricks, and chunk of rocks at firefighters who tried to do their job to put out the fire from the building. The atmosphere in Washington DC was full of pure anger, confusion, frustration, grief, and ecstasy. Therefore, after riot end in four days or later, starting with backing up DC to allow area's new Office of Planning to help the communities by surrounding H Street to begin a vision of recommendations for the place that contained so much appeal, debate, and history. Consumption side theory and production side theory explain gentrification as occurrence due to out-of-town elite attendance creating from an automobile dependence city factors. This occurs when the fresh college and university students observes towns, especially the big city centers as better and easier to secure an employment opportunities. Social movement explained by the production theory of gentrification perceives these factors as the economic causes of social movement. When capital investments are in changing state, production of city environment is greatly affected, especially the space available for practices by the less wealthy in the community. This trend of many people traveling to city centers offered an excellent opportunity for the development of country areas since all the capital was channeled back to the rural areas by the individuals in reduce to search for employment in the city
