A great writer named William Shakespeare, wrote the tragic play named “Hamlet”.The protagonist of this story was named Hamlet. He was faced with trials and tribulations which led to an tragic end. Was their a cause of Hamlet's madness? Evidence from the play shows, Hamlet was triggered by his father’s words, For Hamlet to avenge his father's death. For this course of action to occur Hamlet must murder his uncle Claudius, who is soon to be king. Faced with more trials after King Hamlet's passing, Gertrude (Hamlet's mother) is to marry Claudius. Hamlet is stumped. How is he going to murder his uncle without certainty if he did kill his father. Ophelia ,unaware, of how his father orders were Hamlet's motivation to prevail. Hamlet wanted know one in his way, the only thing that matter to Hamlet was if Claudius was dead. Until then, Hamlets mission was still to be pursued. With Hamlets mission still to be waiting to be completed. He then began to question himself. His famous soliloquy “To be or not to be, that's question”. Was the moment Hamlet then questioned his existence. His indecisiveness took over all of his courses of actions. He always had an excuse behind his reasoning why Claudius is not dead. His consideration to suicide, was an idea because of his father's orders. Hamlets was burdened by his father's orders, which he was not able to complete. Hamlet then believing his life would be better off if he was gone, all of his worries and problems would disappear if at that moment he just ended it all. During the play Hamlet only pretended to be mad. Analyzing this play, you then begin to realize Hamlet has truly gone mad. In, his mother chamber he heard a sound behind the curtain, which without any hesitation he then stabbed the curtain. Then to reveal, Claudius was not behind the curtain its was father of Ophelia, Polonius. Hamlet's motivations to kill Claudius took full control over him. After, his father spoke to him his life a was changed forever. He was selfish in the mists of his revenge, not just to kill Claudius but to also make him feel the utter worst death, and destination.
