Bullying has been a major issue/concern for kids not only in America, but worldwide. Approximately 9% of all suicide deaths are committed by children that have been/are being bullied. Unfortunately, 1 out of 7 children in the U.S.A are bullies or are being bullied. The whole world needs to take a stand, and stop bullying. Everyone can do at least something to stop bullying. The state of New Jersey passed Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act in 2011 to reduce school bullying. The Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act, which is Chapter 122, is “an Act concerning harassment, intimidation, and bullying in school settings, amending various parts of the statutory law and supplementing”. After learned the current situation of bullying in the United States, and compared the rates of bullying to New Jersey, realized the benefits of anti-bullying regulations have on youths, parents, teachers, school stuffs, and so on, and the history of successfully implemented public school anti-bullying statutes in 2002, legislators in New Jersey saw the needs and being confident of enacting the Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act (C.18A: 37-13.1).

To deny the existence of bullying throughout the nation, especially within the brick walls of school, is to be ignorant. Bullying is a huge issue that is evident in may schools throughout America. Seventy percent of students throughout schools in America have said that they have witnessed bullying. A total of forty-nine percent of student in grades 4-12 have reported getting bullied at least once a month. Parents have to constantly worry about their child getting picked on while at school. One out of every four students, equalling to around twenty percent, are bullied every year. Around fifty-five million children throughout the United States are attending school this year, many whom are getting bullied.

Most people think that bullying and harassment are the same thing, but in reality, both have different meanings. Bullying is a more physical abuse where the bully does it to an acquaintance, but does not have to be a personal vendetta; it can happen to anyone the bully knows. The bullying is done mostly for the acceptance of friends and is done in a comfortable environment, usually around a group of friends. On the other hand, harassment is not typically physical and purposely done to a certain person so that the person being harassed is embarrassed and rejected by others. As time has passed and more modern technology has risen in popularity it has created even more ways for bullying to occur, causing a larger effort of prevention. I have just reached my one millionth hit on my YouTube video! I created this video to share the depths of bullying and abuse to those worldwide. I am extraordinarily passionate about anti-bullying, and I hope to share my ideas with numerous people. Abuse is happening worldwide, and it is an action that might not ever be resolved. I wanted to construct this video because there is an abundance of harassment happening in my own town. People are getting bullied at school due to their style or certain interests they posses. Although bullying takes place everywhere, I wanted to focus my video on one specific event. This event took place in Chicago.

Many people say that causes of bullying come from our surrounding.For example family problems,cultural causes,social issuses and mainly bully's personal history. These issuses cause the victims to commit suicides and not only that but to actually kill the person that bullied them. These issuses are around us but we do not really pay attention to them unless we are the victims or someone that has a close relationship with us . In this case should government put laws into place to prevet bullying? Is is possible to prevent all these accidents from happening?

What would the world be like without violence? At this point, no one has known, and with how things are looking in the present, no one may ever have the opportunity of experiencing a peaceful world. According to the Peace Alliance, violence causes approximately 1.6 million deaths worldwide every year, which is an outrageous amount of preventable deaths. Violence has always been a major sin and issue, but acts such as terrorism and murder, psychological abuse, and human trafficking have become more and more prevalent throughout the course of the twenty-first century.
