Throughout the past few years, I have contemplated back and forth constantly of what it is I might want to be when I graduate from high school and college. At first I thought maybe a lawyer, but I soon realized that I am not the type of person to argue against others. Maybe I could be a doctor, but too many people are in that profession or want to be in that profession as it is. After a while of long, hard thinking, I decided that I would apply my love of animals to my future career path, therefor I decided that I wanted to be a Veterinarian. One major part of all peoples’ lives is health care, without it society would have no way of staying healthy and happy, and people would also have no way of treatment in case of an emergency. This also applies to all the pets’ lives are shared with. A certain profession is also needed to provide this care service for all of the animals. The people responsible for this service are Veterinarians. There is a lot to learn about the career of a veterinarian, including all of the schooling required, what a vet does, all of the advantages as well as the disadvantages, and the future outlook for this career.

All students are different. Some learn fast, some take their time. Some are extreme hard workers while some prefer to be a bit more laid back. Finally some, since it was in the directions, are brutally honest. My paper will try to resemble that honesty. It’s common knowledge that you, as the teacher reading this, have millions of other papers to read, and one cannot begin to truly elaborate on who they truly are without going way past the 2 page limit. I hope that you will still take me, my aspirations, values and opinions seriously even though I am ‘too young to know anything’. All students are different, but I can only do my work as a student to answer your questions with the best of my ability and give you a glimpse into who I am as a student.

It all depends on what they like best and feel comfortable with. All of them have at least one thing in common and that is their love for animals. I was very impressed with the presentation on Veterinary Pharmacy by Mr. Wishart. I believe Mr. Wishart deserves the grade that is reflected by this review as I feel much more informed about Veterinary Pharmacy, as he did a great job explaining all of the topics required in the rubric. Mr. Wishart did an excellent job describing the Pharmacists role in Veterinary Pharmacy, and how they dispense medications, advocate for quality therapeutic practice, and providing consultative services. He also discusses the impact of patient care, with regards to the Pharmacist preparing and dispensing of medications for animals, and educating owners on medications. Some qualifications for a Veterinary Pharmacist that Mr. Wishart described were the need of a doctorate degree in Pharmacy, special training on animal care, and a strong interest in working with animals.
