Hello ladies and gentlemen, I want to first acknowledge you all for coming to this special event. I know that this is special for and it is special to the students myself included. These past two middle school years have been perplexing to me, as we learned to get organized and then learned to stay organized, or how we learned to take notes in all the classes. These two years have been easy, yet challenging for us and the teachers. The Teachers were always there for us when we needed them, and I want to thank them for teaching us all thing knowledge that we now have, and what got us here today in this room. As for the students I know that you felt apprehensive about tonight I know I did, but you were also excited knowing that next year you

As a diverse student, in a very low income community I have always been known to standing up for others, as well as for myself. Having this natural drive i found myself taking a huge role in our high school Beta Club. As a natural leader, I was challenged with the opportunity to represent our high school’s Beta Club Chapter while running for North Carolina Beta Secretary. Although I felt experienced as a leader, I was really nervous to get up in front of all of North Carolina and give a speech at the Beta Club convention. Although I was nervous, I opened my mouth, and the words just began to come out. My fears went away, and I addressed everyone on topics of educational improvements and opportunities for all students to succeed. I used this
First off I would like to congratulate everyone for making it this far. I would like to thank my classmates, my friends, and my family. I especially want to thank our teachers, for always supporting and encouraging us. If it weren’t for the people who support us daily, we would not be where we are today. I would like everyone to turn to their families, and teachers to thank them for all that they have done for us.
Dear administrators, teachers, parents, beloved friends, ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the 8th grade graduation. It’s a pleasure to be standing in front of you today on this beautiful day to express the happiness we all feel.
Hello fellow classmates, teachers, staff, and parents; I am Colette Do. Welcome to Bancroft’s Class of 2017 promotion. Middle school has been preparing us for the future ever since Day One. Not only has middle school helped us mature, but it also taught us many life lessons that I will always cherish. Thank you to all the teachers, staff, and administration that have guided us through these three years. You were our inspiration that kept us going even through our struggles. Thank you to our parents for supporting us from the start and never giving up on us.
Today May 4, 2025 honors Episcopal Day School’s new extension, Henderson Episcopal High School. This cornerstone is integrated in the front of our school. In a thousand years, this cornerstone will be opened among the citizens of 3025 remembering the students and their ways of life. Five items are being placed inside representing the culture and growth of the students of the twenty-first century.
I would also like to give thanks to the parents to stayed with their child and helped as much as they can for their kids. Without their help, I never would have tried as much as I did in school. I know it’s not easy for both teachers and parents to deal the attitude of teenagers, so thank you for bearing with us during those times; moreover, thank you for trying your best to understand and comfort us. Lastly, thank you to all of the staffs here in James Irvine Intermediate who had made the eighth-grade experience become a wonderful piece of memory to live with. The years I have spent at James Irvine Intermediate will be cherished and memories will never be forgotten. Thank
“Are you up, yet?” you’ve heard the demanding request from your mother or the traumatic beeping from your awaken alarm clock. Each teenager has experienced both of those circumstances while waking in the early sunrise of the morning for school. The want to rest entices you while you shut the noise from your mom and alarm clock out, with the aid of your pillow.
As the school year is drawing near, I want to express how much I appreciate the kind things you have done to support me over the past two years. As a newcomer to middle school, I’ve needed your guidance. The schedule you work is unbelievable, and yet you maneuver your time to help me work out dilemmas I need to resolve. There are other teachers on our faculty who would agree with the important part you play in helping us work through out daily lives.
I have loved every second of having you in my second grade class. You brought so much to our big family in room 110. I will have wonderful memories of you and this class for many years to come. I hope you have many fond memories in room 110.
Principal, teachers, parents and friends welcome. Thank you for this opportunity to speak to you today.
I remember when I was in Middle School, my teacher told me that I had to write and recite a speech in front of the whole school and four judges. The speech that I had to recite was about the career I wanted to study when I started attending college. In that moment, I was feeling very nervous about the speech and also worried that the message I gave that day was going to be successful and approved by the school and judges. The recitation of the speech was a week away, and it was vital for me to acknowledge everything about the encoding of my speech.I started thinking about my communication techniques to use in the recitation. Since the judges were ethical listeners, I needed to give my best in the speech in order to obtain a positive and constructive
I along with countless other freshman now have finished my first semester to high school. The first of a total of 8 and I’ve already messed up and know that these mistakes will be permanent. As of right now the only thing I am able to do is try harder next time. I understand that Freshman year is the start and that you are now in an unfamiliar place, around unfamiliar people. But as it might seem obvious that you should first find your place among people and fit in, that is a wrong approach. Freshman year is very detrimental and will shape how the rest of your years in high school play out, whether you fail through your first year or soar through above everyone else is simply your choice. People change, that is a very fact of life. Therefore
I look back at the beginning of the semester and I remember how nervous I was. Almost instantly you made me feel welcomed and at ease, and I cannot thank you enough. I have always been worried that students wouldn’t accept me because I look different, but it truly touched my heart how open and loving your students have been. Being in your class has brought me great joy, seeing the smiling faces every day is truly a wonderful thing. Your students are at such a beautiful age, and it truly brought me joy, every day I had the opportunity to share with them.
