The events that impacted my life the most was the move across the country from Georgia to California. It was July 13, 2012 when my family and I drove away from my old house in Georgia, where I left my school, all of my friends, and my favorite places to go. Our first stop for the night was in Memphis, Tennessee, about 530 miles away from home and 8 hours closer to California. This first part of the trip was the most painful, all I could think about were my friends and things I won't be able to tell them, because at the time I didn't have my own cell phone and neither did my friends. Over the next few days we stopped in Lawton,Oklahoma to visit where my older brother was born and to see my dads old army base, and in Flagstaff, Arizona to see
Moving from Guatemala to the USA. My whole family move to the United States; my whole view of life change. There was more to know. Many different thing and perspectives.
The most important event in my life was the Lewis and Clark expedition. I had been recruited by my friend, Meriwether Lewis, to embark on this expedition to explore the territory of the Louisiana
The most memorable event in my life was when we moved out from Russia to a country that changes lives and is known as a dream land called the United States of America. When we sat on the airplane that was going toward the United States in August of 2004, we knew our lives are going to be changed in the way we always wanted them to. After twelve years of not going to school and being discriminated by Russian citizens, this moving to a new country was the most amazing, not just in my life generally, but for my entire family as well.
Everyone has an event in their life that helped changed them in some way or stood out to them in some type of way in their life. Rather if it is, something like a birth of a child, a death of a family member or even receiving a job. A significant event in my life and helped me grow as a person was when I decided to pack up and move to Houston, Texas. My move to Texas may have been short but in that short period it helped me to grow to be more independent and to provide for myself and much more. When I made the moved to Texas, I moved with family members that I knew but I was not close with it.
My life events are something that impacted my life a lot. The most impactful is the birth of my little brother. Before he was born I had 3 sisters and that was it. Now I have 3 sisters and a red headed little brother. His birthday is February 15, 2015 and he is know 19 months old and this month was his first time on an airplane.
It's impossible to think about things that have significantly impacted my life without considering my mother's diagnosis with cancer. It has changed the way I approach nearly everything in my life, and has led to other significant experiences. She was diagnosed the beginning of my Sophomore year, so I've had to balance home and school obligations nearly my entire high school career. I had to take responsibility and start acting more maturely, whether I wanted to or not. My mother suddenly couldn't do many things she used to be able to do, and as my father travels every week I had to step up and fill the void. Through doing this, I've become a lot more independent, and gained better clarity into my priorities and what I want out of my life.
The most significant part of my life has to be around the 7th grade. The 7th grade is one year I remember very vividly it is a time in my life that changed drastically. I remember the 7th grade with great detail not for good reasons this time in my life was a time of pain and sorrow for me. In the end i think it might of made me better in the long run and shaped me into who I am today.
The most memorable of these three events is the 2011 tornado. I remember watching the weather channel as it was spotted heading toward Tuscaloosa, only for the power to go out minutes later. I remember going to the heart of the devastation that evening and just walking around amazed as I looked around at what looked like a war zone at the time. The very next day my family and I went out into devastated areas and handed out food and water to those who lost their homes. It was in doing this that I can look back and notice how I altered
1. Describe how a particular event has impacted your world view. All of the things in my life have molded me into the person I am today. However, one of the most dramatic events that has affected me was the divorce of my parents when I was young. This event introduced me to the bite of pain and loss at an early age.
The Event that has impacted me the most happened in late 2014,i was 15 at the time for me it was one of the most memorable events that has happened to me. I was in a Longboarding accident that caused me to go into a two week coma. It happened when i was still living in Oklahoma. After this happened, i’ve learned not to be so careless and i should be more aware of what my surroundings are. I remember that my friends and i were walking around a neighborhood looking for hills to ride down on,we usually did this for about an hour or so. It really was the perfect weather to go Longboarding it was a cool November winter day about 29 degrees. We were still walking until we found this hill in the neighborhood at the time i remember not being so big.
The single life-altering event that has happened to me was entering a long-term relationship. Many often wonder how their life has changed when they add another person to it, but for myself, it impacted my life in a very big way. I used to rarely do activities with friends, as I would mostly do activities by myself. I was always okay with being alone, however, when I met my boyfriend everything changed. We started spending every waking minute with each other and doing activities that we equally liked doing. It became more of a partnership than anything. This changed my leisure pattern because now I rely on my partner and what he is doing, as well as plan any and all my activities with him. We take into account each of our similarities
I've experienced a lot of events which had great impact on me since I was young. Thinking of life changing events, the one I would like to share is when I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. It was a very devastating day for me. A day that changed my life. I never thought Id get through but today I can say that Diabetes has changed me for the better.
Life impacting events can come in many different forms. They can come as a wedding, the birth of a child, a divorce, a death, or in another way. Mine came in a single decision. I decided to join swim team in third grade and it changed my life. I have experienced so many amazing things because of this sport. I have gained time management skills, a great form of exercise and so many friends.
Most people have impacted my life, but one person particularly has impacted my life greatly. My granddad was the person that has impacted my life ever since I was born. Even though my grandpa has been dead for 10 years going on 11 he still impacts my life daily. Since we had a close relationship I always knew when he is around even though he is gone. He would have inspired me in ways that most people never didn’t. I miss him plenty, but luckily his spirit is still with us no matter what happens.

Everyone’s life changes at some point. Life is full of many unexpected challenges that will be thrown in your face at any place and any time.
