What Can You Help The Staff Team?

There are many reasons why I would like to be a staff, while I have played some days I see no Staff on the server, And there are people who spam chat with servers or people will abuse features or hack and scam as i as a regular player on the Cyclone Network cannot do anything about these problems/players. I really love this server and love the people on it, and I want everyone to have the experience I have had playing on the Cyclone Network server I don't want the server to be full of hackers, scammers, and abusers. I understand well that being a Staff means serious business so when a matter is at hand i will take care of it I'm an easy-going and laid back type of person who can get along with anyone overall I think I could create a better environment without as many hackers or toxic players as being staff I am also very active on the forums I have always wanted to apply for staff but I knew I was not mature enough yet but I finally am and I am more than willing to help this community in any way I can I know this sounds really cheesy But I really do love Maplecraft and I hate to see how the community has turned out So if i get accepted as helper i will be dedicating all of my time to the

Previous experience as being a staff member: I have helped out with thirty or less servers they all have a small community, I have had Administrator on three (Hard working and solving bugs, Helping others too), On a couple of other servers (V.I.A) The Legendary Forest, I have been given Moderator and Builder. (EDIT: I have only worked with seven-teen servers, Sorry)

Ok, let's get started. I want to become a staff member simply because I love to help people. I sometimes see people asking questions that unfortunately do not get answered. I strive to help people in need, whether if it is help for a command, information on the server, or in need of a staff member. I do my best even when I have limited power and impact on the players. With having a lot of experience with owning and being staff on servers under my belt, I will carry that over to this server and help you guys out! Personally, I think my leadership and decision making skills are great and can benefit the server in many ways. While striving to be a role model to the players, I do not cuss, swear, refer to inappropriate things. I have ways of interrogation for when I think members are hacking/modding and have crafty ways of "tricking" them into admission of hacking!

Why do you want this rank? Being a staff member is more like a sort of Hobby. It's fun to have a role in the server and help the server get better every day. I really enjoy the work of a staff member. Also hackers/cheaters are a big issue on the server, so I want to get rid of them too. I'm familiar with the way of banning. I believe I can provide others something to learn. But also I might learn some things too. Since this server is a very active I would enjoy interacting with the chat.

I think I would be a great addition to the staff team because I enforce rules even if that is making me the bad guy. The server has rules and the server does not need rule breakers. I have been playing FaithFulhcf for about 3 maps now and I have made a lot of good friends on the staff team so that which have got demoted for reasons that I do not know. I want to learn about how to be a better staff member I have been watching Cbrady350's staff series and I think I could be a good staff member just like him. I try to do the best I can on the server and most of the time I succeed in what I am doing but if I fail I try again. I Think that if I was staff I think you should accept me because I want to ban hackers and keep the server clean I try to do that all the time with recording it and uploading it to the forums for staff to see and ban the hacker. I want to consider my time to the server in a positive way. like helping people in chat and helping people in the game and even in the FaithFulHCF TeamSpeak. I always ask questions before I do something and I was alone I would think before I do it. I know some parts of screen sharing people and I would love to learn more on how to screen share

You guys should accept me for staff because I possess lots of maturity for my age, and I am very dedicated and I want to help clear out the cheaters because I know staff have lots of problems they have to deal with and people expect a lot out of staff. And another reason is I love the feelings of catching a cheater in the act and banning them to help other people. I want to improve the server for the better. I will do this job with pride and I am capable of doing tough work and can get the job done quick and efficiently. I will not focus on just monitoring the behavior and cheaters I will also spend my time helping out people with questions. I can help you out with things that you are slacking on, or do not have time for. I also know how to keep people under control when they are stressed. I always tell the truth which does fit my "maturity" personality below. I am indeed calm and mature in situations with players who seem angry. I have owned a server for 5 years, so I am seasoned and knowledgeable when it comes to being staff. I have been a co-owner of a relatively popular server that will not be named due to confidentiality and the risk of being rejected. I have also been a moderator on another server for about 3 months now.

- I'd like to become staff for one general reason, and that's of course to help. This statement branches off into numerous reasons, of course depending upon what server I'd be moderating. To start off, let me include that the server I play most is OP Factions. My main goal for this server is to make it a larger and more well known community. Aside from that, I'd like to stable an environment where rules are followed at all times. As we know, OP Factions is one of the smaller servers, and players at times take advantage of that to disobey rules when there are no staff online. If I was added to the staff team, I would be there to kick/mute the players that constantly advertise, use racism, or the one player that camps warp pvp with hacks.

I have a lot of staff experience on my role of playing this game. To start this section, I was first staff on a small prison server. This was the first server I was actually staff on. On this server I applied in the early makings of the server and achieved a Helper promotion. This server was in BETA so only staff could join, there was a major amount of people in the staff team so It got around 10 players a day. From that day I got helper I went all the way from Helper to Administrator+. Admin+ was basically the highest rank on their server other than Owner / Co-Owner. On the server I helped the owner with plugins, and the staff team. I was a staff manager there and I took my job seriously and I was staff for around 2 months. From there I unfortunately resigned as the server died out and I lost contact

Some people would say that I do not deserve to be staff, and others might say that I do deserve to be apart of the staff team. If I am going to be completely honest I do not think that I am very different from "The crowd". I want to help the server by become staff and helping players, banning hackers and doing anything that a player needs (If they have a good reason for me to do it). If you want to choose someone else that isn't my choice it is all up to you, but I believe I would be a good pick. Why I should be accepted however is that I am nice to players and will help them with their problems, ban hackers and overall be a positive player toward people. Again, it is totally the opinion that matters if I stand out from the crowd, I believe that I am not very different in someways from "The crowd" but different in others. With my past experience at being staff I know how to communicate with other people on an advanced level, I always understand people and why they did a certain thing. I will never leave something unsolved, If there was an incident I will make sure that it solved or is passed to higher staff members if necessary, and not just that I'm a very caring person I know when to Be a joker or to be serious I would take my job very Professional I don't know if I'm the only one but I find being a staff member very fun I love banning hackers helping players I would love to become part of the Faithful Staff team! I can be so active for the staff team that I can pretty much ban 95% of the hackers that everyone screams about. I am also active in the morning for my time (GMT). I think that I have a lot of experience in hackers, screen sharing, commands and dealing with a mass amount of players. i want to be staff to help the players in need, i will always answer there questions as good as i can and i want no problems with the server and i want everyone to have a fun time on the server,and i want to help to make sure that there is no hacking,spamming,swearing or anything like that, i want to help this server to be clean as much as possible,and i would also like to be staff to help other staff with the work and i want to give an example for the people and staff for this server as it is my favorite.I also want to be staff to make sure that this server keeps going fair like it has been for a while,and i would love to share my ideas with the staff.Also being staff is hard work and that's my i really really really want to be helper,not to just help the players but also to help the community

I have alot of experience being staff, I was staff on OxPvP for well over 3 months (Maybe more), I was a Moderator on there, I have very thorough experience SSing people meaning I'm capable of finding any sort of client they might hide, I was also a moderator on an old Hexxit modpack server a long long time ago haha.

Why You Should Be Accepted (Detailed) - I feel like I should be accepted because I have plenty of experience being a staff member and helping others. I am great at communicating and cooperating with rules and regulations that I must follow to help and obtain others. I have experience from being on a ban-team for a long time as well. I've been all around the board of being a staff member. I also have experience with helping servers with out of control players, hackers/abusers, and verbal arguments. I've been a staff member on a few smaller servers that don't exist anymore and I owned my own server at one time also. I'm also experienced in recording quality evidence of people that are breaking the rules of the server, Developing, Managing and watching the chat, and responding
