Into the wild is a book that's about a young man trying to find himself in the wilderness.
In Jon Krakauer’s book, Into the Wild, he goes on to tell a story about a young man’s journey to find himself. Chris Mccandless, is determined to find himself despite that he is not fully prepared in the Alaskan wilderness. The way Krakauer writes Into the Wild is an adventure itself because even though we are fully aware of the ending, he gives a rich story on how Christopher found himself there.

Raiders of the Lost Ark (Steven Spielberg, USA 1981) Harrison Ford stars in the film Raiders of the Lost Ark as a character called Indiana Jones. The opening sequence has left Indiana’s character mysterious to the audience but throughout this sequence we understand his character as bold, cool, calm and a collected leader, but as the sequence develops and the scene changes we see another side to Indiana, an intellectual man who dresses smartly and doesn’t seem cool anymore. From the opening sequence we know that this film is an action/adventure because it is packed with excitement, violence and close encounters with death. The mise en scene or what the audience see and hear plays
In 1981, Raiders of the Lost Ark stars Harrison Ford as Indiana Jones. This film depicts Jones as a professor, anthropologist and an archaeologist. The first scene of the movie places Indiana Jones in a tomb in order to get the small golden statue, before moving on to the next part of the movie where he’s teaching a class on archaeology. He is called to action later in the film when Jones is told that the Nazis are searching for something called the Ark of the Covenant; something that holds the key to humanity. Throughout this film, Indiana Jones is filmed working as both an archaeologist and anthropologist and though the movie series is centered around his profession, Jones is not actually practicing proper anthropology or archaeology.
I remember seeing some advertisements for the movie making it out to be a family movie and the case compares it to “The Lord of the Rings.” It is not a family movie. As stated earlier there is a lot of violence in this movie. Other than children, who should not see this film, people should be warned that is not happy and the violence is very realistic I had a hard time watching the scene where the captain uses a wine bottle to smash in a farmer’s face. It does have wonderful scenes and graphics. I enjoyed the complex characters and motives people had. It was also set in a place

This portrays a biased point of view. We are only able to see Jones through the eye of his previous followers, which prompts us to view him as a political power broker, molester and a killer. Wouldn’t you want to defend yourself if people were claiming this about you? The fact that the film relies whole-heartedly on the views of those who were apart of the People’s Temple does not allow for any doubt as to Jones’ ideals. Viewers are not given the opportunity to see him as a saviour, a messiah or a preacher. Instead, all that is imprinted in the audience's brain is his patronizing personality, his sick demeanour and superficial
