Introduction
I have always set high goals for myself. I always try to achieve them, and I normally do so. One of my main goals is always good grades. I plan to do that with this paper and all of my other papers. My other main goal is to be a wildlife biologist. To do this I will have to keep good grades and work hard, but I can definitely accomplish this. This was also recommended by my survey results.
Survey Results
From the Survey we took, most of my scores were similar. I had a few low scores, a couple average scores and 3 higher score. My highest score in Agriculture, Food and natural resources which was an 11, is actually what I expected. I have always wanted to be a wildlife biologist and work with nature and animals, because

On average for North Carolina the entry level is $36,170. That is not terrible because it is only entry level, but to succeed in life you will most definitely need to get past this level to succeed. The average salary in North carolina is $57,780. There is no average of time per work week for this career, due to the fact that time in the field is irregular based of the animals being studies schedule. To get a job in this career you will also need at least a bachelor’s degree in the subject you plan to get a career in. This career is definitely growing also due to the fact that natural resources are becoming more depleted creating the new need to care for wild …show more content…
Since i was young they have been planning on me going to college. I parents have said that they will pay for 4 years of college for me and after that I am on my own. This is fine by me because I do not need more than four years of college to start with and I also do not want them to need to pay too much anyway. I also have another good thing going for me. I am planning on going to an in state college (NC State) which should also be cheaper for me to go to college and be easier to get food and visit home. This plan is also something my parents like because I am in state and they like the programs NC State
In conclusion i have put lots of goals on myself that i am hoping i complete all of them. I am going to set a lot more goals for me when i get into 8th grade. Those are all my grades for this semester and i am hoping to complete all of them because i want to accomplish them and i want to improve on

Depending on how long you have
This goal is two parts, studying more is not set too high or too low because assignments are consistent and it is my responsibility to keep on top of them. As for graduating, this one is long term but I feel it is an important academic goal to me because it keeps my eye on the prize. I will benefit from this goal because if I study more that leads to good grades, then I can graduate and take my knowledge from school and apply it to my career and my life.
At times my mom couldn’t even afford to give me $8 for me to go to a movie with friends. I know that she is highly concerned about the impact on my financial status of the costs of going directly to a four-year university. I am hoping to be as independent as possible financially because I don’t want my parents to be affected by my life.
At times we were living paycheck to paycheck, and although I was too young to understand, it was a very stressful time for my parents. Neither of my parents received a college degree, but both agree they wished they had. Because of this, my parents encouraged strongly from the day I was born for me to go to college. Although, they wouldn't be able to help out or save enough to send my sister and I themselves, they still wanted better for both of us. The day that I selected the University of Northern Iowa for an education major was, most likely, one of the happiest days of their lives. I don't have much saved for college because making ends meet is and was much more important. Each paycheck that I have earned I used in some way to help my parents or myself for the week. Whether that's paying my own phone bill or filling up in my parents vehicle with gas, I wanted to help. Now, I use most of the savings I have to prepare for college life. My financial situation isn't as dire as my Peruvian students, but it still lack much of what my classmates and friends have. All my life, I've seen struggle with money, but now I want to be sure that I make my parents proud by leading a life they never
I’ll be honest, I really don’t have many goals. I usually just try to live in the moment, as cheesy as that sounds. I do whatever makes me happy, like watching Pulp Fiction while writing this. Samuel L. Jackson is an amazing actor; you want to know who his inspiration was along with mine? Bernie. Freaking. Mac. Now back to this essay, a lot of my classmates’ goals are probably better than mine and I’m okay with that. My goals pertain to me and they may even change in the future whether or not I achieve
They always encourage me that if i want to succeed i will have to strive for that diploma. I know i have had a stage in my life where i felt that going to a University after high school was a waste of time and a waste of money. But to see how bad my parents wished they had that opportunity made me realize i can not take this for granted. My dad always says jokingly “ I could always learn what you learn on youtube,” Which i always find funny , gives me an insight of him still having that dream of going to school. I understand many choose not to attend college because it is not for them, like my siblings my two oldest siblings both aged twenty- four, and twenty-five, both tried the whole college experience but did not choose to continue because it was not for them. Making me first generation college students. Of course this journey i have experienced has not been that easy. I know that when i was in highschool i did not value education as much as i do to this point. I was young a felt that just taking the easy way out. When i started seeing my grades slip, was the moment i realized everything my parents encouraged me to do i was doing the opposite. Until i got older i started realizing how important education is . I did experience some personal hardships and challenges where i felt i could not continue, but had my parents reminding me Hard work comes to those who really want it and are willing
3) I do not know whether or not my parents plan on contributing any money to my college education. It seems unlikely. I know that when I leave they will not be helping me.
Like many people, I have goals in life, some are more important than others. I believe that it is important for everyone to have goals, something to look forward to, some ambition in life. My educational goal is to receive a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomolecular Sciences. My plans are to obtain a degree and forward to medical school. This will help me with my career goal of becoming a Family and General Practitioner.
For eight years now I have been working on completing an educational goal. My educational goal is to receive straight “A’s” in math class. I am working towards this academic goal by trying my very best in math class. Studying for math class comes easily to me because it’s my favorite school subject. A goal is something that you never give up on, if you give up, then you may give up on other life achievements.
I have several goals I would like to accomplish in my life. Right now, my immediate goals are to be able to finish this semester with A’s and B’s in my duel credit courses and to be able to pass my upcoming Lab Practical in Anatomy and Physiology 1. I intend to pass Algebra, English, Government & Anatomy and Physiology 1 with high scores this semester. To do this, I am studying more than I ever have studied before. This year has been a huge eye opener for me but I am looking forward to the feeling of accomplishment I will get by achieving these goals.
I’ve had my goals set for quite some time now and I know that if I stick to them and work very hard, I’ll achieve them. Academically,
I come from a family where most members did not attended college. Over the years I’ve seen how they’ve struggled to live comfortably and have a high paying job or at least an “average” paying job. I want to accomplish more for myself and prove to my family I can do it. I want my family to be proud of me and my future. I dream of having a good and comfortable future for me and my future husband. The only way to do that is going to college and getting educated. Knowing how important it is to be educated and have some type of degree and my parents, were the reasons I enrolled at Florida Southwestern State College. My parents are very supportive of my decision and they will definitely continue to be throughout my career. Even though they did not
My third goal, which was academically oriented, was to work harder in school. I chose this because with better grades, I have a higher chance of getting into a good college. And with a good college comes education and a good career, so getting better grades will benefit me in the long run. I plan on achieving this by not procrastinating important things and homework and by putting more effort and thought into my
I plan to attend a four-year college to South Dakota State University (SDSU) in Brookings, South Dakota I will be going into the Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences program to pursue a degree as a Wildlife Biologist. After my four years at SDSU, I will go on to get my master’s degree (location undecided). As I am getting my bachelors in the Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences program, I will also be getting my bachelors in Natural Resource Law Enforcement program to pursue a degree as a conservation officer.
