The six human dimensions are:
Physical dimension:

Emotional dimension:

Weakness: Negative emotion may lead to more stress that affects the functioning of the body.
Intellectual dimension:
This dimension includes past experiences, abilities and educational background. During illness, it influences the learning process of the person regarding health and nursing care.
Strength: Following a proper diet and regular exercise reduces the disease.
Weakness: Not eating nutritious food leads to the detriment of this dimension.
Environmental dimension:
This dimension affects health in many ways. It includes components such as pollution, cleanliness, climate and food.
Strength: It is best to use few remedies like skin creams suggested by the doctors. Also, by keeping our surroundings clean, which in turn, will help to reduce stress.
Weakness: Increase in pollution may cause different types of cancer. Again, change in climatic condition and improper sanitation will lead to various other types of diseases.
Spiritual dimension:
The important elements of spiritual dimension are beliefs and values. It is significant to follow all the beliefs and values to understand the importance of the individual patient.
Strength: It is good for the nurses and doctors to follow the values and beliefs as it helps them to understand the patients.
Weakness: It is hard for the nurses and doctors to follow all the beliefs and values.
Sociocultural dimension:
The elements of sociocultural dimension are family, economic status, culture, and lifestyle. These elements affect the person’s pattern of living.
Strength: Parents should teach their children to not follow bad social habits.
Weakness: Drinking and smoking is injurious to health but people do the same just to maintain their culture.
