According to Flite and Harman (2013), an organization must have a code of ethics in order to maintain the community’s trust.

When looking at ethical dilemmas in human services one must be able identify and address the dilemma properly. I blew the whistle in this situation when the lack of ethical care for residents and work ethics fell short of the normal standards. As a care provider one must always be aware of that the dignity of the client when it comes to their care.
