On March 29, 2017 at approximately 8:11 PM I, Deputy Bowring, was dispatched to 2896 FM 2088 Quitman, Texas in reference to a subject found hanging in a tree but was still breathing. Upon my arrival, I observed EMS working on a white male later identified as Ricky Lee lying on the ground next to a tree with difficulty breathing. I also observed a rope that was hanging in the tree next to Ricky. I spoke with Billy Hough who advised that he is the one who found Ricky who is Billy’s brother in-law with a rope around his neck hanging from the tree. Billy stated that he had to use his pocket knife to cut the rope that was around Ricky’s neck. David Womeldorff with EMS stated he arrived on scene at 6:09pm. EMS pronoused time of death at 6:20pm. I entered the home and located the deceased Jerry Lynn Burrow on the livinf room couch deceased. Jerry appeared to have in deceased for several days. Jerry was bloated due to being deceased insode the home with no air condition on in the home. I took photos of the scene and Jerry. I also had my body camera on inside the home.
In the article "GSW" Courtney Moreno states the patient was a GSW: gunshot wound. The patient's information was unknown so he was referred as John Doe. He was heavily tattooed so they assumed he was a gang member. The Police arrived and were on scene much sooner than the EMTs were. They didn't call it in because they thought he was dead. While they were looking for clues towards the case, they noticed the patient was still alive. The piece of his mind that controlled his breathing remained, amazingly, in place. On Saturday 10/26/2016 at approximately 2328 hours, Security Officers Christopher Paz, Ariel Weiland, Omar Alonso along with Supervisor Steven Evans were dispatched to the EMS Off load Ramp for an incoming (51S) Patient Standby In E.D. Upon arrival at 2328 hours Security met with E.D. Charge Nurse Johnathan Bacal who stated that there was a combative male patient being transported by the Orange County Fire Department. At 2330 hours, the patient, Alan Castillo (DOB: 08/03/84; Fin #86501337) was brought by Orange County EMS (Engine #83) with an escort from Orange County Sheriff's Deputy. On July 5, 2015, at approximately 10:23 AM I, Deputy Ragsdale, checked in route to 1205 County Road 3277, Quitman, Texas to assist Deputy Altman, in reference to a disturbance.
Dispatch alerted Central Pd. Officer C. M. Early about a white male 25 years old with a gunshot to the chest and abdomen. Officer Early arrived on the scene at 0630. Officer Early talked to the witness, Custodial staff Jody de Cleaner, who said that he heard popping sounds at 0620 and decided to walk over where he found the body. The EMS arrived shortly after at 0650 to transport the victim to the hospital. Ten minutes after the EMS arrived I arrived at the crime scene.
Before my arrival fire and emsa had already left the scene. Fire advised the VI later identified as Troy Sikes was deceased.

On April 05, 2016 at approximately 1518 hours, I was dispatch to 2004 Pine Street in reference to a death investigation. Upon my arrival, I met with Detective Campbell who was the lead Investigator at the scene. Detective Campbell stated that the victim neighbors reported a strong smell coming from the victim’s (Cortiz Lazarz) residence. The neighbors called 911 and Officer Volk was the first responded officer on scene. Defective Campbell and officer Volk stated that the victim located on the living room floor, fazing the south from the residence. Detective Campbell requested I process the scene for evidence and documentation.
