A romantic Comedy is described to be a humorous story about two people who are in-love or falling in-love with a kick of humor to spice up the romance. Romantic comedies can come about in many different ways, when two people meet or when theirs a conflict between the two and when people reunite with someone that they’ve been thinking about to live a happy ever after. Every love store has some type of humor of nature in it. It’s funny how life can lead you in a path of romance when you least expected. The unexpected romantic films can be the most exciting films to watch because you never know whats going to happen during the film.

The basic structure typically includes high spirits, the rise in fortune of a central character, and requires a happy ending (Simpson). Farce means to contain foolish humor, satirical includes human corruption, and romantic comedy involves two young and likeable lovers (Simpson). This information is important because it helps classify the type of comedy a piece is. A quote from the book evidently shows how it relates to this definition and it is, “If then true lovers have ever crossed, it stands as an edict in destiny” (Shakespeare 1.1.152-153) . This quote follows the stated definition of comedy because the novel contains romance and two lovers as the main characters who run into obstacles on the way. This film was a social satire because it was a satire about too much ‘sexual freedom’ existing in the society. In the film, the exaggerated ways of displaying sexual freedoms (Bob openly telling Carol about his affair) that has a shocking way of condemning the many people in the society who forgot about their moral virtues. Comedy to me is something that you see or hear that makes people laugh. What I find funny are impersonations, things that are expected or sarcastic jokes. Impersonations can mean the way someone talks, walks or acts. I personally find some accents to be hilarious and if someone imitates the accent, it will just crack me up., If its someone famous that everyone knows and if that person talks funny or walks funny, then it will cause other people to laugh because they know its true. An expected joke is when, someone tells a joke but you already know how its going to end so you start laughing before the joker finishes the joke. Sarcasm is probably the best jokes to me. Here’s one: A couple walks in a restaurant and the waiter says “Would you like
