Adolf Hitler is a well known dictator. He was the dictator in Germany. Hitler was born on April 20, 1889. When Adolf was only 16 years old his mom allowed him to drop out of school, so in 1905. Since he dropped out of school he never finished his education. Hitler also never went to college as well. When Hitler got older he found himself a girlfriend who he ended up marrying. His wife was Eva Braun. Hitler and his wife later had a child.
Hitler came to power by running for presidency of Germany. He ran against Paul von Hindenburg to become president. Hitler was the leader of the Nazi party. Adolf declared the Nazi party as the only legal political party allowed in Germany. The Nazi party the only legal political party in Germany on July 14, 1933. He While Hitler was at the top of his game and had all of his power he became supreme commander of the armed forces. Hitler was the dictator in Germany and was incharge of the military so he had a lot of power. Hitler had so much power that he had control of marriages. He banned all marriages between non-Jewish people and Jewish Germans. The Nazi people and their collaborators were responsible for a lot of deaths while Hitler was in power. They killed 11 million to 14 million people in immigration camps. What happened during that time period is also known as the Holocaust. 6 million out of the estimated 11 million people killed were Jewish. That 6 million was ⅔ of the Jewish population in Europe at that time. Hitler had a non-aggression pact with Joseph Stalin who was also a dictator.

This made him the Fuhrer (Supreme Leader) with complete control of Germany. He took numerous political, social and economical measures to ensure his popularity amongst his people so as to prevent rebellion. He already in fact had some of these measures implemented way before Hindenburg's death in August 1934, when he was just Chancellor. These policies kept him in power until his death in 1945.
