I decided to base my Age of Exploration Paper on Giovanni da Verrazzano, and I chose him because I like the areas he traveled in, and he is the most interesting Italian explorer, and I wanted to have an Italian, because someday I would like to go to Italy. Anyways, Giovanni is an explorer who sailed around the coast of North America, and got a Narrows Bridge in New York, named after him, which I thought was pretty cool because, not all of the people I was looking at got something named after them. The reason why he was traveling around North America, was because he was doing service for a King back in France. This king’s name was King Francis I, which I find kind of ironic since he is the king of France and his name is Francis. But the main
Giovanni de Verrazano is the first explorer the area that is now called New York in 1524 and later by Henry Hudson and Samuel de Champlain in the early 1600's. At first it was settled by the Dutch in 1613. They named the colony New Netherland. During the next ten years, Dutch settlers established small colonies at Albany and other along the Hudson River.

Christopher Columbus made four voyages and is known for discovering America when he was seeking a westward route to India. Columbus was also a remarkable navigator and gutsy sailor, navigating by the stars to sail across the uncharted sea as no other was known to have done. Charles Lindbergh also has a well known reputation.
He sailed across the Atlantic sea and founded a settlement In Quebec City, which is known today as the, country we live in Canada. Over the next 20 years he worked till his death build a colony for France.
10.Giovanni da Verrazano - Giovanni da Verrazzano was an Italian maritime explorer sent by King Francis 1, who chartered the Atlantic coast of North America between the Carolinas and Newfoundland, including New York Harbor in 1524. The Verrazano-Narrows Bridge in New York was named after

He traveled all over the world. A few of the places he fought at was Brazil, Italy, France, China, and many more. I liked this aspect of the book because I find geography very interesting and the author described the places
Instead he decided to work hard and buy his own freedom which is what he ended up doing. He faced many hardships at sea, became a Christian, and educated himself. He even became a hair stylist at a time. Even though he went to the remotest spots on the world he was never able to come back to Africa. He died between the times of 1797 and
He led many expeditions into South America. Most were unsuccessful because they met many hostile tribes and he didn’t have
First, he wanted to distinguish himself as a soldier. Second, he detested England and the English. As victors in the Seven Year’s War, the English humiliated France and took away the French territory in Canada. Being a very proud Frenchman, “He wanted to see England get a beating; he wanted her to lose her American colonies and he had come to help the Americans win, gain their independence, and lower the pride of the insolent English nation” (Woodward 4). Thus, he sailed in his new boat Victoire onto the shore of South Carolina, along with fourteen other French army members, with plans in becoming a volunteer officer for the American revolutionary army.
I agree that Bryan bringing coherence to everything that is going on allows him to adequately prove that his clients are innocent. Also, his coherence allows him to clearly explain the whole process of him trying to free his clients so that they can be as cooperative as possible. If he is able to clearly explain what he needs from his clients and their side of the story his chances of getting them off of death row is dramatically increased. Furthermore, Bryan must make coherence out of his client's stories so that he can make sense of what is going on and what happened so that he can do all that he can to get his clients off of death row. In short, Bryan must have coherence with everything he does in order to successfully do his job.

Even though ‘The Great War’ ended over 100 years ago, people are still arguing about how it all started. Beginning in 1914, and involving over 30 countries, World War One was the first major war to impact the world. Russia, Germany, Austria-Hungary, and Serbia could all be considered factors that helped rise World War One. Before the war, countries faced many internal and external conflicts, leading to rising tensions and concern across Europe, and later the world. Out of the many nations who participated in the war, Austria-Hungary, Germany, and Serbia seem to have contributed the most to the start of World War One. Whether it was an assassination, irrational demands, or inane ideas, Austria-Hungary, Germany, and Serbia were the most
