Egypt had many important people in the government. Egypt had many people that were important there was the government he was important. Pharaoh one of the important people. There were the slaves they were important in the government.
Government
Government is a very important person in Egypt
The government was a very important person in Egypt because they were the one’s who made the laws. The government was very powerful because they made the laws they told people what to do. The government was in charge of who was doing something right and who is doing something wrong. The government had very strict rules. Rules were very different in Egypt, then other places around the world, but some places might have same rules like Egypt.
Pharaoh was one of the people that were part of the government.
The Pharaoh was one of the powerful people of Egypt . The Pharaoh was a very powerful person who was leader of Egypt. The Pharaoh was leader of almost every temple in Egypt. Pharaoh made laws in the upper and lower part of Egypt. The Pharaoh started the rituals to start in temples to thank their gods for what they have done to them.
Slaves were very important to the government.
Slaves were very important to the government because if one slave broke one law they can't cut off a leg or arm or put to death they would have to cut a ear. People did not want to cut a leg or arm off a slave because they can't work or do what they are
Egypt would be nothing without their famous government and rulers. The biggest, most important ruler, of Ancient Egypt, was and is the Pharaoh. The Pharaoh was the most vital leader to not just of the government, but also of the religion in Egypt. There were tears of the Egyptian government. So, under the pharaoh, was the vizier. A vizier is the main overseer of the land. The other officials reported to vizier each day. Under the vizier, were the Nomarks. They rule over a certain area of land called a nome. Almost like a governor. A nome was almost like a state. The role of a nomark would be hereditary and be passed down from father to son. The laws of Ancient Egypt were believed to be partially codified. There were 8 books that set out the legal code. Most people believe that Egyptian law was based on common sense and the view of right and wrong. This is how Egyptian’s complex religion helped make Egypt a working civilization.
The Ancient Egypt Government was ruled by the Pharaoh was the king who speaks to the gods also he doesn't just rule the government he rules the religion.he couldn't rule all by himself so he hired a bunch of rulers and leaders that are below him who also ran the government.
The Pharaoh had the most power out of all the people in Ancient Egypt. The Pharaoh was the leader of most all things in Ancient Egypt. For example, the Pharaoh was the religious and political leader of the Egyptian people. One interesting fact about the Pharaoh is that they held titles like these, ‘Lord of the Two Lands’ and ‘High Priest of Every Temple’.
The Pharaoh was the supreme leader not only of the government but also of the religion.
The people groups in ancient Egyptian were very different than our societies social groups today. Ancient Egyptians were grouped in a hierarchical system with the Pharaoh at the top and farmers and slaves at the bottom. The groups of people nearest to the top of society were the richest and most powerful. The Pharaoh was believed to be a god on earth and had the most power. He was responsible for making laws and keeping order. Ensuring that Egypt was not attacked or invaded by enemies and for keeping the gods happy so that the Nile flooded and there was a good harvest. Ancient Egypt had a strong and well-organized government for many reasons. Pharaohs are exemplary when it comes to representing a well-organized government. They are the top dogs of Egypt. These rulers had dynasties which ruled over Egypt, sort of like the Caracalla dynasty of Rome. There were over 30 dynasties in Egypt. An instance of a dynasty was king Ramesses the second. Additionally, there were rules to being a pharaoh and how these rulers are proclaimed. This shows well-organized government because it is preventing people from randomly declaring themselves pharaoh and keeps the citizen of Egypt in line. Also, the pharaoh was the ruler of Egypt so he or she created laws and how to break them also there consequences, that was important because they were organized in a way that kept bad things from happening. According to the article Ancient Egypt for kids, their laws were called legal codes. That supported that they have a well organized because they have laws, a name for them, and their definition which perfectly shows why they have a well-organized government because you can not have the government without laws. Then they have religion.
The pharaoh was seen as a human god. Pharaohs were the bridge between human and god. “As supreme overlord, the Pharaoh oversaw an army of government officials… All egyptians were subservient to the pharaoh, whose word was regarded as divine,” meaning the pharaoh was able to do whatever (in accordance with Ma’at of course) because he was viewed as god himself. The appointed officials would collect taxes, watch irrigation works, kept records, and were in charge of foreign trade. The egyptians did not necessarily view their life as the Mesopotamians did.
Pharaoh couldn’t run the Government just him so he had many rulers and leaders below him who ran different parts of the Ancient Egyptian Government
The pyramids at Giza were built during the old kingdom time. Central Government The central government had to manage many things including collecting taxes, main taming the army e.c.t. In ancient Egypt the highest officials took orders straight from the king. The Ancient Egyptian Government was ruled by the pharaoh.
First and foremost, Ancient Egypt was structured in the form of a pyramid. The top of the pyramid of course was the gods. These gods included Ra, Osiris, and Iris, and according to the people of Egypt, these gods controlled almost the entire earth. Leaders in Egypt were called pharaohs so they were believed to be Gods in human form which is amazing. The ruler in status were powerful nobles and priests. Only nobles could hold government posts and in those positions they profited from tributes paid to the pharaoh. Priests were responsible for pleasing the gods. While soldiers fought in wars or quelled domestic uprisings. When there was no war to fight, the soldiers supervised
The ancient Egyptian societies were the social class of egypt and most of the egyptian were to be found in the botton of the two classes [Commoners]. The top part of the pyramid in the social class of ancient Egyptian societies is actually only one person which is the high priest and or king and pharaoh. The pharaoh is the king of Egypt, owned all land, made all laws, and is considered to be a god. He was the head of the military and was the most important religious leader and in adition to that many Egyptians that the pharaoh was a God, that was how the pharaoh got his power because people either belived that he was a God himself or that the Gods has sent him to take charge. The Pharaohs are some of the greatest people in the Egyptians history. They ruled the Egypt lands they were powerful people they had pyramids built in their honor. But as powerful as they were the universe is more powerful than them.
