On August 5, 2016 at 6:20 am I held Aaron Mills after the morning check in to discuss a situation that arose at Annandale High School. Present at the meeting was Craig Carney, Liaison and Steve Passino, HVAC Supervisor. The previous day Aaron was responding to a service call for the Athletic Directors office area Rooftop B1. Upon arrival at the jobsite I twice questioned Aaron if he had thoroughly checked out the Rooftop unit. Aaron responded “YES”. I then asked if he had checked the Freon charges in the system and Aaron responded “NO” as this is critical to a units operation. Prior to our arrival Aaron had informed Joe Lanham and Ed Bowler that everything was checked out on the Rooftop unit. While inspecting Rooftop B1 Steve Passino asked

On 9/6/2017, around 9:00 am, I was instructed that Mr. Rick needed me into his office. Therefore, I went into his office to discover that I was being written up, for a lack of communication in my defense and assumptions. However, on 9/5/2017, there was a code called approximately 12:19 pm, by Mr. Robinson, shouting over the two-way, “that these boys has kicked the fucking doors in” I quickly responded to his call to help assist staff and intervene to the best of my ability. When I arrived on the unit I announced my presence as being a female entering the unit, I then asked Mr. Robinson for a briefing and asked him where was the students, he then stated that these boys was upstairs, I then asked Mr. Robinson where there any staff members upstairs. He replied “NO” I then went upstairs where the majority of DYS students was in a room. I then knocked on the door to redirect the students to their appropriate location, and as I was knocking at the door, one of the boys shouted “Who the fuck is it”, I then demanded the students to open the door and to go back down stairs with staff, because they are not supposed to be without the supervision of staff members and one of the students is a sex offender locked in a room with other students. However, the students returned back down the stairs as instructed. However, I begin to explain the rules and policy of the “Eyes On Policy”, and that’s when Derrion Brock, stated that he wasn’t trying to hear this shit on God he don’t give a fuck about this place or no staff and began to lesson to music. I then stated it’s clearly that you don’t care and maybe you should notify DYS and your JPO that you can’t comply with rules, and that he was extremely disrespectful towards staff because it’s clear, that there is no consequences for their defiant behaviors, because using profanity in the presence of adults and staff members, has become the norm for some students, and I will not tolerate a child bluntly being impertinent and using vulgar and profane language in my presence without consequences and that I was writing him up and my recommendations would be 10 days, Loss of Privileges. The student then stated that he is leaving this fucking this facility on God, and stormed back up the
Eisenhower High School has shaped me into the women that I am today. At first, the transfer from private to public middle school was difficult. I did not know what to expect from public schooling. Immediately, I was met with friendly faces and extraordinary teachers. When the time came for me to decide if I would attend a private high school or Eisenhower High School I didn’t hesitate on my decision. Since my first day walking through the newly renovated Eisenhower halls, I knew I had found my home for the next four years.
On 2/17/16 at approximately 8:30 P.M, Shift Supervisor (S/S) Enmanuel Cabrera was notified by Safety Specialist Matthew Marsicano that IH services associate Elizabeth Andrisoqie was asked to be removed by IH services Project Manager (P/M) Courtney Berger via cell phone. Upon arrival, S/S Cabrera spoke with IH services associate Elizabeth Andrisoqie and advised her that IHS P/M Berger asked for her removal. At this time, IH services associate Elizabeth Andrisoqie refused to leave. After, S/S Cabrera advised IH services associate Elizabeth Andrisoqie, that her refusal to leave the premises forces security to contact the State Police for trespassing. Then at 8:35 P.M, S/S Cabrera called GSCC and asked to speak with the On Call Loss Prevention
For this scenario, I am a general education 6th grade math teacher, at the amazing campus of Our Lady of the Lake Middle School. The school that I work for has 8 periods each day, and I teach 6 out of those 8 periods. The classes do range for each period, but I roughly have 23 students in each class and with a diverse set of students; Hispanic (50.1%), White (40.8%), Black (4.8%), two or more races (3.1%), Asian (1%), and Pacific Islander (.2%). At Our Lady of the Lake Middle School the student’s population is broken down to 46% females and 54% males that attend the school. Socioeconomic details for the school is broken down to; eligible free lunch (43.3%), eligible fore reduced lunch (8.2%), and ineligible for free/reduced lunch (48.5%).
For the third observation, I made changes to grammar and fixed my sentences so they could flow better. I started by breaking the third sentence into two in the subjective portion. I did this so that the sentences could remain clear and flow. Next I changed the words "seen alone" to "one on one" to keep a professional tone in explaining that the client was seen by the clinician alone during the therapy session. In the subjective portion I also added details about when the client had his stroke, the effects of his stroke on his facial muscles on his right side, and his personality. For the objective section, I made changes in the spelling of the clinical term rote and used the term "tactical cues" to describe how the clinician helped the client

The little league event I was working at was very hot day for everyone. I received a call from Helen regarding that she needed scissors to cut off zip-ties that were holding a canopy that she was told to bring back with Bryson. I had not been informed that Mr.Winn told our ambassadors that he had sent them on their own to go pick up the canopy on their own, without supervision. I was currently watching the game, while keeping my eyes on Amber and Dajah who were policing people from coming inside the baseball area with outside food. When I went to give the scissors to Helen and Bryson, I had notice that the gate was shut to enter the dugout area where they were retrieving the canopy. I had asked them how did they get through the closed gate. They had told me that they had climbed over to get to the other side. At that point when they told me, I felt very concerned because they could have gotten hurt and I had not know where they were because Mr.Winn had got out of his way to use his authority to have our ambassadors complete a task without my supervision or by my word. I told Helen and Bryson to climb back over and not to worry about the canopy anymore because it was to complicated for them to retrieve it. The canopy was also broken and they were using sticks to hold it open. That is also an issue because the ambassadors could hurt themselves trying to take down the canopy and no was there their to help them out because they need 4 people taking down a canopy to hold each

I am currently on our school-wide data team that uses data to find trends within our school population. One trend that became readily apparent to our team this year was that our move-in students were underperforming and that there were large gaps in their data due to the late entry into our building. Therefore, I wanted to delve deeper into this idea of mobility and how it impacts test results. I specifically wanted to look at this across the three middle schools in my district, Gahanna Jefferson Public Schools, because the three districts differ in student populations. I was not surprised by the results but rather reaffirmed in my thinking. I first wanted to see if certain schools would have higher mobility rates than others so I did a comparison of three years to see the percentage of students who were in the
After observing an unusual situation in my middle school classroom I decided to research if physical activities/ sports clubs were helpful or harmful to student grades and test scores. I observed two different middle school classes, one an 8th grade the other a 7th grade. The students are from Imagine Avondale, which is located on 950 N Eliseo Felix Jr Way, Avondale, AZ 85323. Imagine Avondale is a public charter school in the Imagine Schools network, and is only 7 years old. Imagine Avondale is a racially diverse, lower middle class, K-8th school with a small population of students. There are only around 550 students, 130 of which are the middle school students; with percentages of male to female students is almost equal at

In this paper I will discuss an interview that was done with a pre-k teacher. While observing I was able to the creative curriculum.
I have a friend; we’ll call him “Rick”. Rick enjoys buying old classic cars. But, he is cheap. So he buys cars that typically look good, but they need “a little work”. While this could work out well for you if you’re a mechanic and have friends are mechanics, it never turns out well for Rick. He hires people who are unproven, and who he has not investigated. But, hay, they’re here now, and they’re offering a good price. Such an approach is bound to lead to disappointment.
