Anne Rice was born on October 4, 1941 in New Orleans, Louisiana. Her surname was Howard Allen Frances O’Brien. Her nom de plumes are Anne Rampling, Anne Rice, and A.N. Roquelaure. She is now 73 years old. She is an author who writes about the Supernatural, Horror, Erotica, Gothic Fiction, and Fantasy. The books she wrote were The Vampire Chronicles, The Feast of All Saints, Servant of the Bones, The Impulsive Imp, The Wolf Gift Chronicles , The Claiming of Sleeping Beauty, Beauty’s Punishment, Beauty’s Release, Belinda, The Witching Hour, Lasher, Taltos, Violin, Of Love and Evil, and Prince Lestat (Part of the Vampire Chronicles), which comes out on October 28, 2014. She has also written other books. Rice’s books have sold on the verge of 100 million copies, which placed her amongst the most appreciated authors in American history. Her mate was Stan Rice who breathed his last breath from brain cancer in 2002 at age 60.
