The first activity I completed was observing a Davidson County School Board meeting on the topic of an information breach that occurred. I took notes throughout the meeting and supported every teacher that spoke about their concerns. Collecting trash around the Ledford High School campus, both the football and baseball stadiums on two different occasions, was the next activity I completed. I then helped to paint a set for the Ledford Production of The Music Man. When the Special Olympics was held at Ledford, I decided to use that opportunity to become a buddy. I took the athlete and his family that I was paired with around to the different games that were offered, and got him water and snacks when he needed it. I was also a buddy for multiple athletes at the Miracle League of High Point. I assisted and encouraged each child as they batted, ran the bases, and played in the outfield in every game.

She taught us a lot about the pawpaw seedlings and saplings and how she had been experimenting with the directions that she had been taught. We also got to learn about finding a use and income source out of generally uncommon practices, such as selling the mullein that was growing as weeds in her greenhouse. The farmers market went in hand with the enterprise group so being able to experience your product being sold, and the actual process of producing an item as an enterprise was an all-around great
B arbie has been a childhood favorite for almost forty years, but what is she really teaching society? There are several large controversies around her success including materialism and lack of diversity. But more importantly, is the unnatural body image that she presents for young men and women. In truth, if Barbie was to be life-size, she would not be able to stand up straight. She would have to talk on all fours and would not be able to support her own weight. In addition, she would also only be 110 pounds, and considered thin enough to have an eating disorder. Her facial features would be aged, and her forty-year-old figure would not have the same youthfulness. Barbie’s feet would not be able to support her, and she would need custom shoes
Some of the events that have been done are, runs/walks, golf outings, bike rides, and marathon dances. Otherwise, you may attend some of these fun events in your area.
