Daylight Savings Time is the objective of turning clocks ahead one hour in the spring, and turning them back one hour in the fall.DST happens in most countries around the world, but at different times during the year.Few countries have made DST a political power struggle, some debate whether setting the clock one hour ahead or one hour back. Several years ago when DST had came into power some people agreed with it but most people disagreed and did not live by it.The cons of this essay will come from the two text Pros & Cons: Savings Time and History of Daylight Saving Time. A big amount of light plays a decisive role in your sleep.The human body refuses to adjust to the change of time or to adjust to it. Ruining your sleep can also change your mood and the way you do things.Losing sleep can also lack your concentration or memory level. An another effect is that it messes up a farmer's’ morning productivity.

Farmers state that grain grows the best after dew vanishes, so when the worker arrives late and leaves early the work is less valuable.Daylight during the day is more exceptional than when the sun goes down.Dairy farmers also does not agree with the time changing, because the cows hypersensitive when they want to be milked.Also when their milk needs to be transported earlier than regular time, there whole operation messes up. Farmers strongly disagree with DST because it disarrays the whole concept.

A pro of DST is that it prevents vitamin D deficiency.Vitamin D is produced from sunlight. Without the amount of sunlight to produce vitamin D, some people end up with Seasonal Affective Disorder. More sunlight in a person's early life reduces the risk of having Multiple Sclerosis in the later life.Vitamin D is a very important thing that your body needs to stay healthy.When time changes you could get more hours of sunlight, and it gives you more vitamin
