Banquo Monologue

The horn has already sounded and I’m still running. I can feel my blood pulsing in my ears. The sounds of useless advice feels the air. I continue to run. I come across a cave and ran into it. I gasp in shock and as I walk into a lab filled with mindless people editing videos. A film crew rushes at me and says, “If you were able to be in Divergent, which character would you be?” I shake my head in confusion. I have been in a number of programs and extracurricular activities at Lincoln H.S. that helped me define my career goals and challenged me to the fullest. As I finish my journey from High School, I began to slowly realize that their was nothing tangible I had offered to this community, but I what I did offer was myself. Reporter stated the following: He (Brycion) is the victim. He was asleep in the bed and woke up. He (Ben) was hunting him. He said he found me and took a whole of my man part. The mother got involved because she told Ben to leave. He did not say if the mom called the police because Ben left. This happened last night. He told Dr. Brumfield this morning he had to tell her something. He was then brought into my office. When we questioned him he said Ben drives a vehicle. Dear diary today was rough. Man i had this banquet and it was sweet we ate tons of food and drank tons of mead (beer) and everyone was having a great time and loved my place. They also predict that future kings will fall from Banquo, a fellow army captain. Macbeth rises to power and eventually tragic downfall because of the horrible things he's does, such as murdering King Duncan. Over the course of the play, Macbeth change from being courageous, noble man to being wicked and selfish person which leads to his cruel.

In the play Macbeth by William Shakespeare, asides are used as a function of communication to a specific group or person. In an aside, you can either tell someone or just tell the audience. Thus, Macbeth uses this aside, “Two truths are told, as happy prologues to the swelling act of the imperial theme” (1.3.130-132), communicates with the audience. It is very important as it shows the audience what Macbeth is thinking and gives them a guess on what he is going to do in particular situation. Furthermore, an aside to Banquo, “Do you not hope your children shall be kings...promised no less to them?”(1.3.121-122), Macbeth is seemly trying to influence Banquo as he is very deceiving with his words.
