Although people of all age-ranges use their smartphone device daily, people are more concerned of those who are younger. Adults born before the 2000s were raised in a world and society that was not technology based, so seeing the first generation to experience it can be unsettling. It is quite evident that almost every teen has a smartphone, and will use it at any given opportunity. The problem is teenagers actually use it anytime, even if the time is not appropriate. Many teens from the ages sixteen through eighteen are receiving their driver's license, but have a hard time not using smartphones while driving. A big problem all around the world is teens drivng. Yes, people think it is okay but its not. Teens are the number one person to crash a car, and they even have head on collisions. It sometimes kills the other people in that car. So it is an issue that needs to be handled as soon as possible. Teens it is easy when really it is not. It is very complicated, because you need to understand how to read maps and roads signs. Teens think that roads signs and maps are for losers. As teenagers are leaving their homes, cities, and in many cases, states, to attend colleges, driving has become an integral part in a teen’s life. However, many states are putting heavy restrictions on teen drivers to keep not only them safe, but the rest of the community as well. But that has not been enough- teen drivers still are a major problem on the road due partly to their lack of mental development. This has pushed some states to consider raising minimum driving age, eliminating the whole problem of inexperience in drivers.
