Camila’s POV
Silence
There was no sound no darkness just nothing, I was confused for a couple seconds until I realised what I did. I’m in the book or the book took me somewhere else .... we’ll never know.
I got up and looked around but there was nowhere to look the room goes on for miles so I walked. As I was walking, I was looking down my shoulders slumped because maybe this is it, maybe my future is meant for nothing maybe I am nothing.
“Wha…” I rubbed my head as I looked up,
There was a wall right in front of me that’s weird the wall didn’t look that close. There was an iron sword and an axe on the wall I went to pick them up when I heard,
“Hello,"
I turned around so fast that my neck started to hurt “huh… eh em I mean hello who are

The man looked to be in his 60’s with some wrinkles on his face and a grey beard, he had a smile on his face like he’s known me forever and he had his hand stretched pointing for the seat for me to sit down
“I’m William “he said while I took a seat
I nodded and looked at the desk more, one page had my name on it there was more writing underneath it but as I tried to look closer the guy oh, I mean William took it away. “so is this it”
He looked at me confused “I mean is this my future…” I waved my hands around the room “nothing”
Then he laughed and I mean a loud laugh but he seen my face frown and immediately stopped and sat up straight. “no child this room means so much more but you have to figure it out on your own”
I frowned even more, how could this room mean something to me there’s nothing in it but a sword and an axe. This is possibly a sham I’m just getting my hopes up for nothing
“Can you bring me home," I signed
He looked down “this is your home now,"
I looked at him with wide eyes and backed up,
“I’m joking silly girl of course I’ll bring you home," he laughed it off and stood from his seat. “Take my hand and close your eyes,"
I looked down at his hand grabbed it and shut my
I look at the wooden door opposite of me, I walked towards it and pulled the iron door handle and walked towards the dark abyss before me as I once again head out to challenge the
When I almost reached the door, I felt something at my foot, a broken hourglass, that had ran out of sand. Shaking and suddenly bursting into a cold sweat, I furiously jammed the key in. It felt like an eternity, but finally I succeeded. Pushing the door open, and wiping a faceful of sweat from my face, I felt this wave of aromas crash over me. Putting the key in my pocket(FORESHADOWING) and then entering the cellar I tried to calm down. I tried to look for the cask of Amontillado that I bought several weeks ago. There were millions of wines in that cellar (HYPERBOLE). But at last I found it. It felt, lighter, and after opening it I realised that it was empty. I wasn’t enraged, just tired. I made my way to the door, suddenly feeling drowsy. Then I became a little bit nauseous and shaky. Looking into the darkness, I saw, darkness. So I picked up my dying torch and put it up and almost yelled “Who’s there?”. There was no reply but a figure seemed to appear in the darkness. It was carrying a scythe and it started towards me. I fell back, and was caught by the wall, slamming my head against it and dropping my torch. The figure whispered in the dark, “Free the fortunate one, for be warned fate will find
I stepped into the room quietly, and turned around to look behind me. I could have sworn that a shadow brushed past me, but I saw nothing else there. Stunned, I immediately left the room to go back to
"Make yourself comfortable. And I will go to my place." The guy told her and heading for the door, he left the room.
The streetlights flickered every other minute, as the sun hid behind the clouds, keeping the town a bit gloomy. I continued walking, unsure of where to go, but desperate to get back home. As I walked, I could hear laughing children echo all around me, and then the indistinct sound of the melody of the song echoed along with them. Looking ahead, I saw something, or someone standing off in the
“Well, I’m gonna give it a tiny no,” I said, and I walked away, rolling my eyes, heading to my room.
I opened the door and lost my footing as I was reaching for the light switch. I fell down the stairs, each step hitting my body on the way down. Until, in the quiet darkness, my head hit the cold concrete floor
As I was thinking I heard an unpleasant noise in the distance, it sounded like a stick snapping in half. I shot up, and within seconds I was in a fighting stance. With caution I glaced at the area where the noise
I heard knocking at my door so I walk up and saw nothing so I went to sit down again. Then guess what I heard again knocking so I walk up and saw nothing so I walked of preparing to see the teen. I saw the teen but with every person on the boat. They said nothing so I shout the the door. Then I layed down I heard something and got up and I saw the people passing through my wall I quickly drew my sword out of a sack and slash through all of them but nothing happened. Then I thought I was dead for sure when the all raised their hand and swag. Nothing happened I was alive they just passed right throw. So I ran for the door and shout it behind me then sprinted down the hallway and for the life
“Dr. Flanagan here. I will email that report shortly. I have to do one more page and scan it,” she said with her back to this strange man. She prayed Bobby will be there quickly.
Gawain reached out and put his hand on his friend's shoulder. “Calm down. You haven't made a total mess of things just yet. Why don't you come back after the tavern closes and offer to walk her home?”
“ All we want from you guys is you guys to treat us finely or just don’t talk to us,” replies Taylor. Just then the school principal Mrs. Payne walks into the hall and sees the girls having a fight.
Guy looked at me, studying himself in the reflection of my eye. He looked at me with familiarity, like I reminded him of something. Once again to break the silence I asked him a question. “How long have you worked as a fireman?”
He led me onto the plane to the row of seats. The general help me do up the seat’s harness, before sitting down and fastening his own. Sora and Eric were across from us. The albino was paler form usual, and I was sure I didn’t look any better. Once everyone was situated, the ramp closed, and we took off.
I scanned the room, looking for a name tag labeled “Dean.” And there it was, plastered to the sweater of the hunchbacked man that has smiled at me. He looks just like a turtle... his head pulled in close to his shoulders, back rounded, he was even wearing green. I walked over to him, trying to bring a sincere smile to my face.
