I write to recommend with enthusiasm Jacob Gonzalez’s candidacy for admission to Yale Divinity School. During Jacob’s first year at Stanford University, the 2011-2012 academic year, he took all three quarters of the yearlong sequence of Spanish classes for home-background speakers that I teach.

I am the youngest of 3 with 2 older brothers, Reidland and Bryan. Reidland is the eldest at 31 years of age and Bryan is the middle child at 26 years of age. Reidland graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Doctorate in physical therapy and currently works as a home health physical therapist. In addition to this job he somehow finds the time to lead classes focused on teaching the public lifestyle changes that will improve their overall health as well as treat their chronic illnesses in various locations throughout the country. Esmailyn Gonzalez signed by The Washington Nationals baseball team who assume Esmailyn Gonzalez was 19 at the time because fake identification card Gonzalez showed them when he signed to the Washington Nationals. The team found out Gonzales lied about his identity. In the result they felt that Gonzales defraud them to get signed. The team saw him as the most valuable player, the golden child, however, they after founding out he was 23 years old, Gonzalez years of playing great didn't matter anymore. Heckler cannot be the only one blamed for the lack of acknowledgement AIDS received during the Reagan administration. In fact, it has been reported that she was never able to discuss the disease with Reagan at all. Other members of Reagan’s administration had darker more sinister views on AIDS than did Heckler. Reagan's communications director Pat Buchanan argued that AIDS is "nature's revenge on gay men." I took this time to ask Ms. Cortes what is her plan for the end of the month. She told me she was not sure what to do. Her options are Eva's Village and the YMAC. I suggested she goes t the YMCA. During the initial assessment, Mr. Jose Rodriguez, a 36 year old Hispanic male, asked to be evaluated for stress and anxiety. He was accompanied by his sister, Adriana Barrera, and his wife Rosy Rodriguez. Mr. Rodriguez has a prior military history with little or no combat engagements. The initial assessment revealed that Mr. Rodriguez father whom he had a close relationship had passed away about a year ago. Mr. Rodriguez has been married for 16 years and has three children. On February 20, 2017 an initial assessment was conducted from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. Instruments used were the Juhnke-Balkin Life Balance Inventory,and the Beck Anxiety Inventory.

The home was observed to be cluttered however it has utilities working such as water, and electricity.

The second ethical concern in the Jesse Gelsinger case was informed consent. Informed consent is an ethical and legal requirement for research involving human subjects. Participants voluntary agree to enter the trial after they have an understanding of the research to be done and the risks involved (Nijhawan, 2013). Part of the process involves reading and signing a consent form. Jesse’s family argued that his consent form was riddled with omissions and misinformation. Not only did it not adequately describe the financial entanglement of Wilson, the University, and Genovo; it also excluded the fact that earlier pre-clinical trial data performed on mice and monkeys at higher adenovirus vector dosages resulted in death of some of these animals

This particular population follows strict roles and expectations within the family system. The father is usually the authority figure, while the children are expected to be obedient (Sue & Sue, 2016, p. 528). However, in this Mexican family, the mother was the authority figure, while her children were obedient. If a conflict of resolution was to arise within the family, the negotiation was always resolved by the mother choices. The oldest daughter disclosed how her mother was an authoritarian parent until she was 18 years old. After she turned 18, the oldest daughter had more flexible boundaries, however, still had to confront her mother before leaving the house. The reporter stated even though Sevilla has her own home, she's stayed with her sister for the last two months. The reporter stated that the home is crowded and there are 8 people living in a two bedroom home. The reporter stated he's unsure why Savilla is staying with her sister when she has her own home. Mr. Smith stated there isnt room Savilla and her son to sleep in the home so they sleep on the floor. According to the reporter, there is alcohol on the bar and marijuana use while the child is present. The reporter stated the child's basic needs are met but he would rather have the child in his custody or least be able to visit him.

his writer called Cedric 17 yrs old. Cedric reported that he does live an apartment with friends. He reported that he visits his siblings at times. He reported that he has not seen his mom for a while. He reported that he communicates and visits his sisters and Armoni once a while to check on them and help them if they need his help. He reported that his sister Davonna steals things at times. He reported that he and his sisters are aware of it. Cedric reported that he plans finding job very soon. He stated that his sister Armoni is very supportive and takes care of their siblings very well. He reported no concerns with her discipline and her way of taking care of them all.

Question 1: Describe the two different leadership styles used by Josh Martin and Tom Saunders. Do the two different styles tell you anything about leadership traits? Do you think there is any resolution to the organisational problems resulting from the conflicting leadership styles?

Carlos Ghosn in March of 1999 became the first non-Japanese Chief Operating Officer of the Nissan Motor Company. Nissan was experiencing a very hard financial hardship in total about seven years Nissan was in about 22 billion dollars in financial debt. Nissan have very little capital to use in order to develop new product the future of Nissan was not looking very bright. The last professional cry was help was to recruit Carlos Ghosn.
