I represent the above applicant in her I-485 application. This is refile of From I-485 application on behalf of the applicant, LIU, Meihua. Her previous application was denied recently due to her failed to submit requested additional evidence of regarding the sponsor’s financial information.(Exhibit 3).
However, the first and foremost, the undersigned counsel was never received the Requesting for Additional Documents. Unfortunately, the applicant’s husband was diagnosed with cancer and hospitalized. The applicant had been in the hospital to take care of her husband until recently her husband was released from the hospital. As a result, the Notice of Requesting Additional Evidence was transferred to the undersigned when the deadline had pasted. The counsel is confused about the fact that she is a counsel on the record, why the Request for Additional Evidence was not sent to her, but to her client?

B.J. submitted the subpean that was issued with regard to the patient listed above. I am unable to attend the court hearing on 6/8/2017 because of the following: 1. the travel distance and 2. the time. Even though, I have someone that can pick up my children off the bus on occasions since her mother's car accident, it is not always guaranteed. Can you please reach out to the Attorney General and advise them of this matter and see whether or not a report is acceptable based on the request.
D-The patient arrived on time for her appointment. Reported stable on her dose, but requested to decrease her current methadone to 49mgs as she wishes to be stabilized at a lower dose. This writer completed the dose change request. The patient asked this writer about the status of her take home bottle because she need her bottle in order to apply for a travel bottle as she is getting married next month. This writer then informed the patient, this writer had sent a message to the clinic's TEAM about the urgency of her request to take into consideration for approval, at which the patient thanks this writer for her efforts. Then the patient shared about her husband's friend, who had passed away and his funeral is this weekend.

Due to the events at Mr Gallway’s residence the enrolled nurse is now behind schedule by 1 hour. The enrolled nurse has one client left for the day Mr Burke which was scheduled for 12.20. The enrolled nurse finished at Mr Gallway’s at 12.40, the enrolled nurse is also due a lunch break after Mr Gallway. However, due to the delay the enrolled nurse may decide to delay the lunch break until the service for Mr Burke has been completed. Once the decision has been made the enrolled nurse will need to communicate with Mr Burke/carer and explain that due to a medical emergency that the enrolled nurse is running half an hour late and will be at the residence by 12.50. The enrolled nurse will check that this is ok with Mr Burke/carer, if this is not suitable the enrolled nurse may offer to do a follow up visit at another time that is convenient.
