I viewed video surveillance from LRHS camera #7.24 at approximately 3:04 p.m. and observed a Red pick-up while backing up strike the vehicle in question left rear back fender near the back tire. At approximately 3:05 p.m I observed the suspect getting out of the truck and walking up to the vehicle in question and kneeling down near the left rear area as if he was assessing the damage. According to police reports, officers were dispatched to a hit and run call in the 700 block of Vassar. A vehicle has struck two parked vehicle and had left the scene. Officer Seachris arrived and made contact with Officer Wheeler who was with the victims of the accident. Officer Wheeler advised that the vehicle was in the 600 block of Vassar. Officer Seachris proceeded to locate the vehicle, a maroon Chevy pickup with Kansas tag of 005HEY parked in front of 646 S Vassar. The vehicle was registered to a Hispanic female at 628 S Vassar. Officer Seachris made contact with the owner of 646 S Vassar, Christopher M. Matthews, who advised hearing a loud crash then seeing a white or Hispanic male with no shirt on, heavyset, bald, and wearing

On Sunday November 24, 2016 at approximately 16:02 hrs. Officer L Wilkerson and I Ofc. R. Holcomb were dispatched by dispatcher B Coleman to 304 Hopkins Drive in reference to a disturbance. Upon my arrival I made contact with Ms. Shawntavia Lucky (complainant) who stated that her son Mr. Jousha Lucky (victim) got into a physical altercation with two black males.

Officer Saunders, Officer Torres and I contacted Suspect Jose Guadalupe Arevalo at 13 W. Hammond Street. Arevalo told me the following information in summary: On 03-14-16 at approximately 0930 hours, Arevalo was reportedly approached by Parra in the rear parking lot behind his residence. Parra told Arevalo that he did not properly screw in her vehicle’s inner driver’s door panel.

On 3/13/16 SO EMT Perez was notified that an engine had come on campus.  SO EMT Cunningham responded along with SO EMT Perez and caught up with the engine by lakeside commons. The driver of the engine stated that he was responding for a lift assist to 3144/3146 apt 220 but that he wasn’t sure which one he was going too. SO EMT Cunningham and SO EMT Perez decided to respond to FR-220 first being that they were the engine came from gate 2 and they were closest to that building. SO EMT Perez and SO EMT Cunningham knocked and announce their presence at FR-220’s door and were both verbally invited in. I called the phone number and spoke with Wit-1 Demunda, Allyson. Wit stated she was behind the victim's vehicle when she observed a male on a road bicycle ride between her vehicle and the victims vehicle. The suspect then flung his arms up in the air, striking the victim's vehicle with an unknown object.

On 12/17/15, a report was made with PCSO at 9524 Bamboo Ln. Jacksonville, AR in reference to a Commercial Burglary at Grindley Pools. Investigators responded to the scene and processed the scene. Inv. Reyer made contact with Mr. Jason Morgan a manager for Grindley Pools, who stated that during the theft a 2002 white chevy pickup (VIN# 1GCH29172E2466246) was taken.

On August 4, 2017 at approximately 2:40pm, Officer Lucas Griffin and I, Officer Kyeishia Evans, with the Ville Platte Police Department, was dispatched to 902 West Lincoln Street, Ville Platte, Louisiana, in reference to a business alarm. Upon arrival I witnessed a maroon 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe bearing license plate number ZTC679. I checked the vehicle and it was locked; however, I noticed the car was warm, as if the car had just been parked in the parking lot. I also noticed the back door of the business was opened. Officer Griffin and I checked the inside of the room; however, there was no door in the back room where you could enter the business. On 9-7-2016 at about 0950 hrs I was dispatched to the Seasons on Lea Hill for a vandalism report. Enroute dispatch advised that the victim, Shawntea Mason, had contacted 911 to report that she had discovered damaged to her vehicle.

On August 26, 2017, at approximately 0126 hours, I responded to 5500 Lake Avenue, Sanford, unincorporated Seminole County, in reference to a disturbance, which was the third call for service from this residence (ref event # 20172373398, 20172380059, 20172380183). Upon my arrival, I made contact with complainant Sandra Ziebart, who stated her daughter Mandy Rateau had kicked the door off the hinges.

On 2/17/16 at approximately 8:30 P.M, Shift Supervisor (S/S) Enmanuel Cabrera was notified by Safety Specialist Matthew Marsicano that IH services associate Elizabeth Andrisoqie was asked to be removed by IH services Project Manager (P/M) Courtney Berger via cell phone. Upon arrival, S/S Cabrera spoke with IH services associate Elizabeth Andrisoqie and advised her that IHS P/M Berger asked for her removal. At this time, IH services associate Elizabeth Andrisoqie refused to leave. After, S/S Cabrera advised IH services associate Elizabeth Andrisoqie, that her refusal to leave the premises forces security to contact the State Police for trespassing. Then at 8:35 P.M, S/S Cabrera called GSCC and asked to speak with the On Call Loss Prevention

I, Deputy Gough received a call reference a white Ford truck driving in the Gamester trailer court all over the roadway. Upon my arrival I spoke with David Vore and Jennifer Vore. Jennifer Stated that Randy was the driver of the white Ford truck that said, “All Good Construction.” David and Jennifer both stated that they saw the truck drive through the yard hitting a slow child at play sign and the stop sign.

On 10/22/2017 I, Deputy Mignone #95 was assigned to Intake/Release at approximately 0130 hours, I was pulling an inmate out of DMH to be released. When I opened the door, I witnesses inmate Victor Collazo J#9739840 yelling and walking over to the left side corner where inmate John Nalls J#11602851 was sitting in the corner. Inmate Nalls jumped up and they got into each other’s face, I then instructed both of them to move away when inmate Nalls struck inmate Collazo in the face with a closed fist to the right side of his face.

This incident occurred in the front yard of 1542 Navarro Avenue. The front yard is surrounded by an approximate three foot chain linked fence.
