I pressed my pale face against the window of the old Sacred Heart Hospital. It was a cold day in January, the month where nothing really happens, at least here. I looked out on the street to see the normal things, cars, kids, bikes, and the occasional waitress from the restaurants down stairs. Nothing unusual. “ IVY!, my mom said “ What do you think you are doing!” She pulled me away from the window. “ You know if people see us they will get suspicious!” she explained. “It's fine,” I said. “ Besides if someone sees us they will probably think we are just some fake ghost or a mannequin.” “ That’s exactly the point we aren't fake ghosts, well at least i'm not,” she yelled. Oh yea forgot to mention that my mom's a ghost. I'm not though i'm just forced into hiding with her. We found this place a couple hundred years ago and we decided to live here. Many people have been in the hospital but have not explored it. They have not been up stairs. The bottom floor is a mask. I am also immortal. I'm 405 years old but have appeared like I am 13 for 200 years now. I would leave its just I turned 13 when we moved here. 13 is my forever age. I could leave if I wanted to but I have not been outside as a 13 year old before. “ I'm going to do some …show more content…
I got out my journal and started writing. I have a journal because this is not the first time something weird has happened like this. I always write about it then draw a picture and put it on my wall. I have almost the whole wall covered in pictures covered up by an old map. When I was writing I realized something, something similar had happened years ago. I scrambled through my journal and looked at my wall, until finally I found something. It said January 28 1966. There was a picture of a surgery room and red blotches all over the floor and walls. It was not completely covered like today. I saw a blurry smudge in the background. I thought it was just
“What’s da’ matter? Looks like you’ve just seen a ghost.” he started chuckling at this.
After visiting the courthouse and checking up on new leads, Iris finally had a moment to sit down at her desk. She was finally feeling like her old, healthy self. The cold was officially gone. As she opened up her notes she began typing vigorously. The current story was a high school student who had just passed because of a h*** overdose. She could not believe that such young kids in her city were dying at the hands of drugs. Moments like this made her appreciate Joe's strict parenting and the absence of her drug addicted mother. As much as Iris liked to keep an objective perspective when it came to her work, sometimes she could not help but get attached to the personal lives and stories. Today for instance, she visited the courtroom for the
“Did use the wand?” Mr. ED asked as he placed a plate in front of Titus. “Yes, I did.” The excited boy said, “And everything went better than expected.” “Hold on“, Mr. Ed said, “let me first fetch us some fresh water and food, then we can both sit and talk.”
As I fly back home from Alaska, I think of all my all my adventures I’ve had so far. I feel amazing that I finally finish and will be returning to my dogs, my home, and most importantly, my sweet wife. I missed her so much over the past two weeks, I can't wait to see her again.
One night, as I was hanging out with my friends, we decided to do Friday the 13th role-play. One of us took up the role of Jason and the rest of us were trying to survive until a set amount of time was up. We had a rule that no one could move faster than a slow jog as well. We also played this game in the dark which was a mistake, since that’s what led to my accident.
We stayed there another week and everything was back to normal until the last night. My mom and I went to dinner like we normally do every Friday. When we got back we saw a shadow sitting on our couch. We stood there frozen with terror as it started to walk towards us. It was about to touch my mom’s face when she shrieked and ran out of the house screaming. The next day we went back and grabbed everything we could and then we bolted from the house. We stayed at Lucy’s house for about a week until we found our next house. We got a new house and we made sure that there has never been a ghost anywhere near that house before. The ghost finally stopped following us and we could live the rest of our lives in
I can feel the sunlight hi my eye lids. Guess it was time to wake up. I flicker my eyes three times before I open them. It was a Saturday morning so I was really happy it was the weekend. I had my who day scheduled out, but before I could do anything fun I had to eat breakfast first. I hurry down down the stairs still in my pajamas. I looked out of the window to see if my mom or dad was still here, but I didn't see their cars so they must have left for work already. They don't work on the weekends all the time, but on occasions they did. I turned around and continues to the kitchen which was just right around the corner. It was hard to think of what I was going to eat.
Vlad nodded furiously, “Look Maddie, it was either a ghost from the proto portal or a demon, and I don’t know which is a scarier thought.” He yelped.
Her best friend, myself, had robbed her dry. My wife recently passed away and I had thought I finally figured out the 21st century way to get in contact with your dead loved ones. Not everything I tried worked and I spent a lot of Lauren’s money, so let me take you through my timeline.
Soon, though, by the time the bonfire was growing unnecessarily large thanks to a stack of pallets being sacrificed, and the atmosphere was becoming one of drunken mischief and mellow lackadaisicalness, I was about ready for a little quality catching up time with Maria.
" You were merely a girl. I'm sure you were scared of many things." the Queen faked a smile.
I follow after the high power mage from behind. As darker as the day goes, the temperature follow pursuit. I slide my hands into my pockets to stay warm. I shiver just a bit from the weather. Normally, someone may be warm from my clothing. However, I'm not used to being outside very much. Inside my mansion, I don't have to worry about being cold or warm. Not a single thing for me to worry about in life. Maybe that's what my parents had set out for me. So their useless son doesn't cause anymore trouble for them.
Shortly after the call, they decided to come to me and my friends house. Again, I never considered the fact that wherever Marco goes, so does my sister. My friend answered the door as soon as he heard the knocking. If you were to look outside of the window, you would see a kind and gentle man, and a slightly enraged woman that was around half of his size.
She jumps from roof top to roof top, she stops catching her breath and touches her intercom.
Being a working mom and a mother of 6…my mom didn’t have a lot of time to spend with us kids. Spending any 1 to 1 time was both rare and precious. I guess I discovered a sure way to get attention from my mom or dad…was to get into trouble…a lot of trouble. They must have shook their heads and said to themselves, “We should have stopped with Ivy…”
