The reporter stated there was an incident when Mrs. Sterling sent a 15 year old boy that Briana wanted to go to homecoming with text messages about her breast. The reporter also stated there was an incident when Mrs. Sterling dropped Briana off at a party she was not invited to because the host did not want to deal with her mother. The reporter stated Briana knew the owners of the home and she was not injured or harm while attending the party. The reporter stated Mrs. Sterling has been witnessed grabbing Briana’s hair, yelling, screaming, and threatening to hit her with a belt when she doesn’t perform her gymnastic stunts correctly. Ms. Barbay stated Mr. Sterling comes into the home drunk and Mrs. Sterling will call the children in a room when the parents are about to fight; the children have to stand in the room to watch their parents fight. On 05/27/2016, at approximately 2318 hours, your affiant was dispatched to 315 South Ferguson Street for a disturbance.

In summary, on 10/16/15 at 0005 hours Ofc. E. Babczak #293 and I were dispatched to 1830 S. 47th Ct. in regard to a subject violating an order of protection.

Xiomy Perez Romero pleaded guilty to the Class 6 Felony during a plea deal where it was reduced from a Class 5 Felony to a Class 6 Felony. On 9/23/2015 Xiomy Perez Romero was charged with a Class 5 Felony in the Maricopa County Superior Court. On 12/02/2014, Xiomy Perez Romero committed the Class 5 Felony in Phoenix, AZ. On 12/07/2015 Xiomy Perez Romero was arrested on a felony warrant and booked into the Maricopa County 4th Ave Jail with a bond of $2,700. On 10/28/12 at approximately 1330 hours, Deputy J. Berner and I (Deputy M. Young) was dispatched to 2712 Dwight Road in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, I met with, Mrs. Tiffany Howell (complainant).

On 11-22-17 at approximately 0942 hours, Officer Calcanas responded to Maple Street and Sierra Madre Boulevard regarding a female seen dancing in the street. Officer Calcanas arrived on scene and saw a female Hispanic, later identified as Ynzunza standing in the street. Ynzunza was reportedly swinging a water container at passing vehicles. The vehicles drove around Ynzunza in order to avoid striking her.

Upon arrival, Officers made contact with the complainant who was identified as Corena Mendoza(H/F/-DOB09/01/1981). At approximately 1450 hours I texted MENDOZA I was at the Pilot in Madera(22717 Ave 18 1/2, Madera, California 93637). Chavez observed at approximately 1530 hours MENDOZA arrived at his house driving a 2006 black Pontiac GS CA: 6BSW960. After only being inside the residence a few minutes MENDOZA got back into his Pontiac and left his residence driving northbound onto Fairway Dr. and then right onto northbound Westbury Blvd. Agent Forestiere and Agent Gordon conducted a traffic enforcement stop on MENDOZA’s vehicle on Westbury Blvd just north of Cleveland Ave. MENDOZA was subsequently taken into custody and driven back to his residence for the execution of the search warrant. MAGNET and MADNET Agents executed the search warrant at 1488 Penny Way at approximately 1600 hrs. Agents recovered in MENDOZA’S bedroom approximately half an ounce of cocaine in his room along with a scale. No other evidence/narcotics were located either on MENDOZA or inside his vehicle. PER REPORTER: Roslyn said she was told on March 10, 2017 by one of her patients (Charligh) that her father touched her and tied her up with bungee cords up against the wall while he did it. Roslyn said Charligh told her that when her father would touch her it mad her cry; however, Charligh did not go into specific details about the situation but she did say her father touched her in a secret spot where daddies should not touch you. Roslyn said to her understanding the alleged sexual abuse took place at Charligh’s father’s house. It is unknown if there were any witnesses around when the incident took place. It is also unknown if Charligh’s father has ever touched any of her other siblings. However, the reporter did mention that Charligh’s father is her oldest sister (Kaitlyn’s) grandfather.

In summary, on 11/12/17 at 1737 hours Ofc. Alvarez #212 and I were dispatched to 2439 S 56th Ct. in regards to a Domestic Battery. Cicero Dispatch related that the caller would be waiting in a black Chevy Malibu parked at 24th Street and 57th Avenue.

Upon arrival, I made contact with the victim, who was identified as Manzo Silva, Alicia DOB 10/10/84. Alicia related that she spoke little English and felt more comfortable speaking Spanish. Ofc. Calderon #291 was dispatched to the scene to assist with translation. Alicia related that she has been dating Jorge for approximately one (1) year. Alicia related that Jorge has physical abused her in past on at least four (4) occasions. Alicia was unable to provide exact dates of the incidents. Alicia related on 12/03/17, she had a verbal altercation with Jorge because he thought she was cheating on him. Alicia related that Jorge damaged her cell phone (Galaxy 8) during the verbal altercation. Alicia further related that he struck her with closed fist on the left side of her head, left, and right thigh. I took three (3) photos of Alicia, which were later placed into inventory. I observed redness on the left side of her face. Alicia related that Jorge left her residence in his vehicle.
