Coming To Middle School

So, you want to know how to survive middle school? Well I can help you. Being a middle school student, you pick up a couple tricks along the way. Then sometimes you can even find or hear tips, now a lot of the tips and tricks usually come from a teacher, but you will discover some on your own that will make Middle School a bit easier. Throughout my time as a middle school student, I have definitely found so many tips and tricks. Now some tips and tricks are just plain sense, but you don’t always utilize these tips.

I was the exact same way during school! I wouldn't raise my hand to answer questions when I knew I was right either. I was extremely nervous going into middle school during the 7th grade, so I could only imagine how it was for you going to a middle school that began in the 5th grade. They think they're trying to help by giving constant reminders, but it really only helps cause more worry about transitioning. Instead of waking up at 7:45, we now have to wake up at 6:45! Including traffic which will take 20-30 minutes and the time to get ready, make that 5:45!

Middle school is a tough few years for many students.You are in a difficult stage in life, you’re finally not a child anymore but are not yet a teenager. In sixth grade it can be scary at first but, I grew into it. When you walk in for the field trip in fifth grade to the first day it was nervous. When it was the second week this place felt like home. I started making new friends and meeting new teachers. The whole idea of Middle School is way different than Elementary School.
