Dystopian literature is normally about a setting that mirrors a Utopian society. Although it is far from perfect, society is made to pretend as if it is one. In a state/county or another form of land is where a Dystonia can take place. Dystopian landforms are usually trapped in from the outside world. The people there believe that the outside world is a much worse place than where they are, but there is always one or more people that believe otherwise. A leader or leaders are controlling the people or using them for their own amusement. An example of this would be President Snow in the hunger games.
