The proposed computerized enrollment system is a study wherein a specific step by step of procedures were done. At present, LEMERY COLLEGES continues to achieve continuous increase in enrollment figures in the different collegiate level while its operation of tie-up schools has been expanded through handling six (6) Secondary Private/Public schools in the Province of Batangas and two secondary public schools in Calapan, Oriental Mindoro with the total enrollees of more than 8700 students. The efforts exerted by the persons behind LEMERY COLLEGES were recognized when the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) approved the permit to operate different degree courses like: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English, Bachelor of Elementary Education and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. LEMERY COLLEGES has the ability to sustain the growth it has achieved in the past and will continue to strive in the coming years.

Training Information Management System (TIMS), the project scope is to allow users to track instructors, students, courses and grades. TIMS must be completed in six months and must allow the functions listed above. TIMS must also link with the accounting system for accurate pricing for courses and accounting financial interaction. TIMS should be able to track credits earned toward IT industry certification requirements. The new system may also allow students to register for courses online.

During my high school career my counselor urged me to apply for the Prince George's County / Community College Concurrent / Dual Enrollment because she saw that I was excelling in my Advanced Placement classes and general classes quarterly. The program allowed me to take college courses before/after my high school began/ended daily. Every morning, I found myself waking up earlier than the average high school student, preparing for my 8am Psychology and Spch 101 classes. I found myself studying for midterms and final exams while the average high school student was preparing for prom. Also, I was one of the 7 in 33 students in my Advanced Placement English class who passed the Advanced Placement Exam which awarded me 3 college credits and waived the requirement of enrolling in English 102.
