Back in the 1780’s, in America, the Framers, the authors of the Constitution wanted to create a document that held a government for the New United States of America, in which we know as the U.S Constitution. The U.S Constitution is the document that grants us with rules, in which influence the way our government runs. As a document, the Constitution is divided into/ nine different sections. The preamble introduces the Constitution and also explains what the Constitution is meant to do, plus the functions and purposes of the government. Then, there is this compelling question, asking if our government lives up to what the preamble promises, In makes me believe that the government does believe that it does live up to what the preamble promises. Checks and balances, according The Constitution article, it referred them as are a type of governmental system which regulates the amount of power the branches the three branches of government hold. In the Bill of Rights, these freedoms and rights are called amendments, we got these amendments because, as I said, they guarantee protections and freedoms. One of the freedoms we have from the Bill of Rights is in the fourth amendment, which states that have we the right to not be searched by the authorities without a warrant. In which means that we get to have the security of having your privacy and the right to not let them in, unless they have a warrant in order to enter. Then, another freedom would be having the freedom stated in the first amendment, in which says that we have the freedom of religion, of speech, of assembly and others. In which means that the government can’t control on what we believe in, and in what we believe in is our decision, plus as well as to have assemblies and to speak
