The town of Manitowoc was overrun by sworn individuals who let their judicial power grant them what they want. Deputy Dvorak was a close friend of Sandra Morris, who is married to deputy Bill Morris. Pamela Colloff’s “The Innocent Man,” is an eye-opening, gut-wrenching essay in which Colloff beautifully takes a high complexity prejudiced case of a guilty murder verdict and successfully brings to light her inspiring character Michael Morton’s true innocence in a flawed justice system. Suspense, sadness and frustration are effectively provoked from the reader about Michael’s tragic nightmare which persists for over two decades of time. A nightmare which begins when Michael returns home from work on August 13, 1986, to find out his dead wife was beaten to death in their bed. This is only the beginning of what Colloff unfolds in her writing of Michael’s twenty-five-year agonizing battle behind bars. Step by step Colloff’s marvelous writing
Is there some way to say to say the word “murder” respectfully? Some way to make it sound dignified or peaceful? I guess not, I’ve been trying for years.
In the video “The Confessions” presented by Frontline, a murder of a women that was committed by one man, quickly resulted into a false gang murder-rape scene committed by eight men. The victim, Michelle Bosko, was seen to be raped and killed in her apartment in Norfolk, Virginia. From the video, it has been proven that seven out of the eight men that confessed were innocent, but somehow they all received an unequal punishment. Because the innocent men admitted to a murder that they didn’t commit out of fear, they were all sentenced to some time in prison. The head detective, Glenn Ford, intimidated the men so much that they either were convinced that they were at the crime scene or they told him every detail that he wanted to hear.

A male by the name of Kevin Simmons came up to me and stated "Thank god your here officer, I was over at the Turkey Hill and scene this big tall guy attacking these two women. I came across the street to help because he is twice their size and he was really beating on them." I located victims TINA LEWANDOWSKI and AMANDA LEWANDOWSKI, along with them was several other witnesses, all were standing on the sidewalk. The male actor/defendant JOSEPH LEWANDOWSKI had left the scene, going into his apartment before my arrival. TINA is JOSEPH'S wife and AMANDA is JOSEPH'S daughter.

The other Wes Moore deals with the many situations of public humiliation which are explained in detail by the author through the use of tone and imagery. After being caught and arrested by police officers in Philadelphia, the other Wes Moore faces criminal charges for murder. When Moore was put into prison, Baltimore City police officers were overjoyed after the arrest of the man who murdered their colleague. Author Wes Moore describes the contrasting feelings, of the police officers and Mary Moore’s feelings after the other Wes Moore was arrested. While newspapers and news networks ran coverage of the arrest “civic leaders held press conferences praising the work of the police officers” (Moore 155) whereas “at home, Mary wept” (Moore 155). The tone of this situation is solemn due to the serious situation that is present, and author Wes’s use of sad emotions. By showcasing the two varying emotions of Mary and the police community, author Wes Moore uses tone to
“I just know it’s a dark side of me. It kind of controls me. I personally think it’s- I know it’s not very Christian, but I actually think its demons within me” (Wenzl et al. 308). Dennis Rader, infamously known as BTK, commented about what he called his “factor X” above, which he claimed was his motive for killing. The demons within Rader supposedly caused him to murder four members from the Otero Family leaving the youngest daughter hanging in the basement nearly naked and gagged (Wenzl et al. 10). We now know that these demons within and “factor X” that Rader was referring to was his psychopathology, but we cannot ignore that these traits were triggered by early childhood experience. His early childhood experiences as in many other

Our own local physicians attend to that matter Its no great job to find whether a man is insane.
